Terrible food, looks nothing like the pictures on the touchscreen. Bland and not appetising. Not as healthy as they portray, only went as part of a Vitality discount but wont be going again.

Had a really bad experience with a employee from Itsu Brussels airport. (Okt 19th 2024, 17:53) I bought a sushibox for my 8 years old son and for me a chicken miso noodle soup.
The sushibox contains sake nigiri and aside: ginger, soy sauce and a wasabi sachet. The text on the template: salmon nigiri & pickled ginger made fresh today.
My son took a bite and then realized there was already wasabi in the nigiri (rice). So I friendly asked the employee (woman, not sure if her name is Sirine) if I could get another box because it’s for my son. She could say no I’m sorry I can’t do that but she didn’t. She just laughed at me and was very rude. She said, no because you could have read the label on the bottom of the box. It’s your responsibility to check that. I was surprised that an employee could be this rude. So I said to her, I won’t discuss this with you but I think you’re very unfriendly. And then she only laughed (with her colleague).

I like some of the food dishes and the jasmine tea and consider it good value for money.

I have been put off at a couple of locations by the excessively loud music being played. Turn the volume down, please.

High St Kensington, absolutely shocking service, I ordered two teas and as I collected them the staff member (if she could have) nearly through them at me. I had to ask for sugar and was passed two sachets, I said I needed more she said sorry that's all I have (please) I said well I need more than two, she looked a little harder and found another two. She then walked away, I then had to ask for milk, she then got the carton from the fridge and poured some milk into a disposable cup, now I have 3 cups to carry two very hot drinks, she didn't offer me a tray nor did she ask me. I then struggled to carry all the cups out to my disabled wife who was waiting for me in her wheelchair just outside waiting at the table. I managed to get there only burning my index finger and thumb (it could have been worse). The sugar sachets we're brown sugar, which I don't like in my tea, I then approached the same staff member (Trust me if there was another I would have chosen them) I said I would like white sugar, she responded very disgruntled and said, well we only do brown. I had to walk away before I lost my temper. Absolutely disgraceful and shocking service, I will never again use this company and I will also make sure my family and friends are aware of this shocking behaviour and service in a hope they too refuse to shop at Itsu in the future.

Moses at Gatwick South Itsu was amazing. Could not have done more to look after us. This is the service I would like in every restaurant I go to. Food was also good, tasty and reasonably priced. Do not like the wooden spoons and forks though, they change the taste of the food and feel horrible in the mouth.

Itsu, which is close to Old Street station is perfect. We had noodles soup and sushi, which were amazing! Staff is polite and professional, everything is clean and shiny! Thank you so much! We plan to go there again

The MK store is spotlessly clean, staff really friendly and helpful and the food was superb.
I will be back and highly recommended it.

Tried the Itsu from Morrisons and was abs appalled by it. Will not be eating this again . In fact pot noodles are better than this rubbish. Totally disappointed. Tasted foul 😡😡😡🤢🤢

Husband and I went to our local Camden branch, as we do very frequently. The food was not the usual standard so as soon we opened the meal we complained, the "manager" Mario (according to what he said his name is) was also the person who had prepared our food.

He refused to refund us. We had to walk out. We remained calm and even the security guard told us to contact Itsu directly. This was an absolutely horrific experience. Itsu took our money transaction but we were deprived of the meal we paid for. The lady who works there whom we have seen many times and spoken to before refused to help.

All just really appalling.

Unfortunately, this was too much of a bad situation and we are now contacting the bank and Itsu higher management but leave us with no option but to alert others to how the staff are.

Toilets were a disgrace. Food was barely warm

this chain is nothing what they present, shops are dirty, very little staff around, touch screen, no human interaction. food is not fresh and looks nothing like they present in their ads. portions have shrunk as well and it doesn't taste good.
edit - update as itsu responded - no I do not wish to email you as it's been said you collect data. Read through your own reviews where other customers also complain about dirty shops as well as foul food. I don't go to itsu anymore, but next tome in any restaurant I will take photos and post on google. Clean you shops and have fresh food not outdated foul fish.

My 13 year old son loves this restaurant chain. He ordered a rice box and absolutely loved it. He normally complains about eating vegetables but the way its cooked and presented meant he was happy to eat the veg. The decor is beautiful.

We had an exceptional experience at Itsu Canary Wharf today when we ordered lunch. Renata Kovacs, our server, went above and beyond to make our visit special. Her warm, humorous, and generous personality made the whole experience delightful. We truly appreciate her excellent service and will definitely return to Itsu Canary Wharf.

Staff were brilliant

I ate at the itsu restaurant in Brunswick Centre. Naast de excellent food the service was extra special. All smiles and genuine interest in us as tourists visiting for the first time. Quick, efficient and friendly!

This morning around 9:30 I visited Itsu in Euston station and they had issues with the card machine transactions and guess what, I got my lunch for free, I was really touched, thank you Itsu, I hope your issues got solved and I appreciate your kindness! Thank you!

Woking Victoria place, itsu branch needs serious inspection! Gyoza all mushy and smelt stale. My husband had the udon curry noodles and ended up with an upset stomach for days! Am guessing the coconut had turned sour.. my sons salmon maki ended up causing him an upset tummy as well, shame i didnt taste it as i am a vegetarian but half my family fell ill after dining here. Went back two days later and the manager on that day had no idea what to do. Very disheartening, we won’t be back again.

Thier always dirty , they don’t clean or sanitise most of thier counter tops and the trays that we use to eat food on. They’re always a fly hovering around and some of the staff are rude and overbearing, the suchi is always falling apart and can’t be picked up by the chop sticks , the dumplings in the miso soup is always falling apart and makes the soup look uninviting. 👎🏾 it puts me off eating there to be honest . Thier toilets aren’t always clean and both men and women have to share the same toilet 😮‍💨 it’s odd putting to say the least . 👎🏾
