I used ISDIN sunscreen last year and loved it. So I bought two new bottles this year (spring 2025) and I either got bad bottles or the formula has changed. It's oily and gross, and I got really sunburned each of the three times I've used it this year (and each time I was wearing a hat, for less than three hours and not in direct sun). I emailed customer service and just got a form letter, not even acknowledging my specific concerns; just stating that since it's been over 30 days I can't get a refund. At $60+ per bottle, one would expect a little more professionalism and service. Next time I'll just buy a $15 drug store brand and be much better off. I'll also let my dermatologist know to stop recommending it. Quite an expensive lesson; but I'll never buy from ISDIN again. Don't trust this company or product!

Customer “service” does not respond to any mail. Neither to normal inquiries, let alone to a complaint. Some products are good, but I won't be buying them again in future. The product “Fotoprotector Fusion Water Color” contains countless sand particles - like a peeling cream, exactly as described here by other customers.

Estaba muy contenta con el isdin fotoultra 100 active unify color y ahora el formato nuevo no sé que han hecho que no vale para nada,es solo aceite diluido en agua y no cubre las manchas como antes UNA DECEPCION ,no sé porque echan a perder un producto que era tan bueno.La nueva versión no vale para NADA.

Compré el gel para encías sensibles. Vi que no llevaba ninguna fecha de caducidad ni tampoco de producción, además el paquete estaba abierto. No es precisamente una marca barata. Después de enviar la reclamación y mandarme un mail tipo diciendo que se pondrían en contacto conmigo nadie se molestó en hacerlo, (sólo querían que rellenara un formulario extenso para quedarse todos mis datos). Una vergüenza, no compraré más esta marca después de años siendo clienta habitual.

Servizio clienti indecente, un vero peccato perchè i prodotti sono veramente ottimi!!!
Ho speso decine, se non centinaia di euro in loro prodotti e ho partecipato alla raccolta punti. Ho effettuato un ordine per ricevere uno dei premi della suddetta raccolta in data 13/03/2025 e dopo svariate email di sollecito per l'invio, l'ultima risposta è stata questa:
"Dopo aver esaminato il tuo caso, ti informiamo che l'esperienza di Fotoprotezione Ideale impiega circa 3 mesi per arrivare dal momento in cui effettui l'ordine. Sappiamo che può sembrare un tempo lungo, ma ti assicuriamo che stiamo lavorando per assicurarci che tu riceva il prodotto il prima possibile.
Ti ringraziamo molto per la tua pazienza e comprensione.
Se hai altre domande, saremo lieti di aiutarti.
Grazie per la fiducia riposta in ISDIN."

El fotoprotector Isdin waterproof, con menos de año de uso, ha cogido arenillas. Una crema que nunca llevé a la playa, por lo que la propia crema generó una especie de arenas dentro del bote. Tuve que dejar de usarla!
Penoso... Un botecito con un coste de 22€

I bought some items, and opened none of them. All are still wrapped in their original plastic. Per their return policy, it says that anything still in plastic can be returned. I emailed 3 times as of today, with no response back yet.

He canjeado mis puntos tras años de usar sus productos para conseguirlos y me siento estafada. En primer lugar, cuando fui a canjear mis puntos, de un día para otro subieron mil puntos para conseguir el producto que me interesaba. Y en segundo lugar, tras pagar los gastos de envío, nunca me enviaron el producto por el que había canjeado los puntos. Además, no contestan a los emails ni a las reclamaciones por ninguna vía. Una decepción total con esta marca que parecía seria. Nunca más.

Caution: Beware of this utterly disgraceful company! They callously sold me expired Isdin Isdinceutics K-OX Eyes eye cream, rotting on shelves for a shameful two years! Despite their own customer support verifying this gross negligence, they continue to peddle this expired product with utter disregard for consumer safety. It is still shamelessly displayed on their shelves! Despite my repeated demands for a replacement and endless back-and-forth emails, they consistently failed to take action, leaving me to chase them relentlessly for weeks on end. After two weeks of empty promises, they finally admitted their incompetence in shipping a replacement to Canada, providing no valid explanation. Threats of an official complaint only prompted more delays, with the same excuse given for their failure to issue a $45 check. Now, months later, they're demanding unnecessary documentation from my bank, despite already having provided a legitimate direct deposit form. It's only for a $45 check! For the love of Charlie! I am beyond enraged! 😡 This company is nothing short of pure trash! I urge you to steer clear of their untrustworthy, negligent, and deceitful business practices. Their unethical conduct and lack of regard for consumers are appalling.

The dual serum caused a rash on my face. My information is being passed on to the “adverse reaction” team instead of just providing return instructions

We purchased Melaclear Advanced. When we began using it, the bottle turned out to be defective - the product will not flow out of the bottle. ISDIN will not replace the defective product - extremely dis-satisfied with their customer service. The product is so expensive to begin with and then be not be able to use it due to defective mechanism of the bottle, was very disappointing. Their customer service has no regard for making it right and for customer satisfaction. Very sad!!!

Ik kocht Isdin fotoprotector fusion fluid mineral baby in een Spaanse drogist. Bijna 30 euro voor 50ml, extreem duur dus. Vandaag voor het eerst gebruikt en daarna de rest weggegooid, zo slecht is het. Het zal vast goed tegen de zon beschermen, maar het is met geen mogelijkheid van de huid af te wassen. Onze baby was na een bad met zeep en en flink over de huid wrijven nog steeds even wit en gaat nu naar bed terwijl ze nog steeds onder de zonnebrand zit.

Una política de precios ridícula, donde un contorno de ojos puede fluctuar entre los 25€ y los 64€ dependiendo de donde lo compres. A la empresa no le importa. De hecho se desentienden totalmente de este tema.

En cuanto a los productos debo decir que son muy normalitos (por no decir regulares), mucho más cerca de los 25€ que de los 64€.

No recomiendo esta empresa, hay muchas empresas más serias y responsables en el mercado, donde al menos sabes por lo que pagas.

Purchased a sunscreen on their website via apple pay. The charge went through on my card and I got an email saying my order was paid and being processed. Now ISDIN is claiming they didn’t receive the money from apple. Seriously, I have an online business and apple has nothing to do with the receiving or charging of money. So they told me they’re not sending the product and for me to contact apple. Apple is not involved in this transaction and they know that. Bottom line. They have my money and won’t send my paid order or refund me. Now I have to spend my time calling in and doing a chargeback. BEWARE!!
