I have heard a lot about how hard this company is to work with but so far in my experience they are very responsive. They say they will get back in 24 hours and they always have.
Had an question on shipping for my scooter and they explained it. But they sent me a 40 dollar accessory ( I already got two free gifts with the purchase), to apologize for their site not being clear.
Also, the issue I had with the site is now resolved, so I think they are responsive.

U guys said it would take from 2 to 5 business days to receive it , I haven't gotten it yet , been more than business days and it is almost weekend, smh.

Easy to order, price was fair, shipping was fast. My son is happy with his new scooter. Great communication from seller.

I am trying to return the scooter back and they do not even want to send me the return label it’s been almost a week for this negotiation plus they are going to deducted from the refund (381.70$) it is rip off. And never ever buy anything from them.

The scooter is great, it just took more days to arrive than it said in the page

Honestly there was a small payment issue on my end. The Customer service support was Top Notch! I was contacted immediately and walked through the steps to resolve my problem quickly and completely. I am very very satisfied with the service

Scooter came damaged and cost alot to fix it

I bought this scooter for my college aged son to use on campus and avoid costly parking. He has been thrilled with the speed, the smooth ride and easy fold! I recommend!

Bought this scooter and have ridden it regularly. Is a great scooter for every day riding and also that extra thrill.

Battery loss up to 40 km range and it goes 40 km/h.

The scooter died after 2 months for no reason. When working with customer service, it was one request after another. Why don't you just provide a small refund for this over-priced piece of junk. Never again.

iScooter makes a really great scooter that rides great and is also very servicable. iScooter Service is really helpful with replacement parts and information so that the scooter can be maintained.
