Warranty was absolutely not stated correctly. Had to order a new battery and I have not even had this scooter a year. I order and the battery is out of stock for a month as I am still currently waiting on shipping. There seems to be multiple departments and they only want you to reach out via email. Communication isn't the greatest. We put a lot of thought into what scooter we would buy and i think we made the wrong choice when choosing Iscooter

we bought 2 Ix3 scooters for our boys back in late July and they are great. They came fully charged with little assembly...the boys were taking off in minutes! Not only are the scooters good quality and come with all the bells and whistles that other scooters just don't have, but the support team was great. We only got one helmet with the purchase, and after contacting Iscooter, they sent another one without question within days! Good job!!!

I purchased a e-scooter through their partner company - Circooter. The experience with customer service has been terrible. I ordered the wrong item and immediately requested the order to be canceled or the item substituted for the correct item, but they were unable to cancel it by the time the package left their facility over 12 hours later. I refused delivery of the item and it was delivered back to them almost 1 week ago and when I asked for a refund they stop replying to my email and their phone just never connects to customer service. I filed a complaint thru my PayPal and now the seller has replied saying I need to cancel my PayPal complaint in order for me to receive the refund. I am not going to cancel as this will void the purchase protection. Now I wait to see what the resolution will be, meanwhile they are holding onto my money...

We ordered a replacement dashboard cover and it never came.

Buying this scooter has been one of the best expression of self care and self love. I struggle with depression and anxiety and this scooter was just what my mental health needed. Everything about this scooter has been designed to incredibly make you feel good and worthy, the scooter has been my partner of wellness, ease of movement and commuting, fits so well in the train. The handling is perfect, the stability is perfect, the driving modes are perfect, the comfort is perfect and the experience has literally been my antidepressants and anti anxiety treatment. This is more than a machine, for me, it’s medicine, I wish I got it sooner. God bless you and the work that you do.

Excellent and responsive customer service

After 1700 km of using the iScooter iX3, I’ve noticed several serious issues. The stock tires are very low quality: the tread wears out quickly and the inner tubes fail often. The spare tube included in the box has a longer angled valve stem that constantly hits metal parts while riding, creating an annoying knocking sound. The rear fender is loose and keeps hitting the deck, producing noise. The suspension quickly loses effectiveness and becomes stiff. The brakes require adjustment too frequently and lose performance within just 2–3 weeks. After around 1000 km, a noticeable play appeared in the steering column, and simply tightening the bolts does not fix it. The mobile app is almost useless, with very few functions and a poor design. Overall, the scooter’s construction needs significant improvements, as these issues directly affect comfort and long-term reliability.

I got my son a scooter from IScooter after he continuously had issues with a different brand scooter. This scooter performs equally well, at less cost. Also, he had an accident that required some repairs. The company was extremely helpful and responsive with getting the needed parts and ensuring we can get it repaired.

I ordered two i9M scooters. Both showed in badly worn boxes with tons of tape holding them together, large holes in the cardboard, broken styrofoam inside, and impact damage to the scooter. The scooter is usable only on level streets even though it is advertised to handle 20% incline "with ease". Even a modest incline (about 12% according to Google Earth) and it quickly rolls to a stop. Trying to return the scooters is a nightmare. Even returning the one I didn't open seems impossible. They advertise "Guaranteed refund" and "Peace of mind return policy" but in reality you are stuck with what they send you. First off you can't just send it back. The return link on the website only goes to order cancellation, all returns are handled by email. Then they tell you that return shipping will cost 80$ and a restocking fee of 25%. So the "Guaranteed" refund is only about half the value you paid for it. But after 4 emails to them insisting that I want to return it, they still have not provided any instructions on how to do so. All they have done is try to talk me out of returning it. They advised me that it would be easier it I just sold it myself, then asked for pictures of the box, the scooter, the streets where I was riding it... lots of pointless stalling. I was going to wait to post a review until the return process completed but after my 4th email to them without any progress towards an actual return I decided I've had enough and need to warn others.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We had our scooter for less than 6 months when it quit working. The customer service is atrocious and offered no real solutions. Eventually sent us parts, that we had to learn how to install...Quit working again . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The scooter I9M itself has a poor battery and very LOW power. The speed did not get as high as advertised UNLESS you are going down hill. After 3 days we tried to return the item, but they wanted us to do all sorts of testing on the item before they would give us a return slip. This included using the scooter more and part of their guidelines for return were that it should not be used. After realizing that we would probably end up owing money after returning it on our dime, we decided to keep the scooter and try to sell it to a 10 year old. It is much more appropriate as a TOY. Not getting around a college campus. If you choose to buy it, don't ever think you can return it and don't expect much. The battery for us would last for 2 miles.

Best purchase idea. These scooters have been a great source of freedom and independence for my 2 teens. Unfortunately, there is a throttle issue. BUT, a quick email to customer support, an immediate response with some directions. A second email and again immediate response to solve the problem. Well done!!
