We originally bought an i10 scooter for our sons birthday and ended up swapping it for the ix3 as this was the one he really wanted. customer service were very responsive with replying to our emails and with the exchange and we had it picked up straight from our house and we re purchased the new one. He is super happy with the ix3.

It stated 2 to 5 business days for delivery it is going on 2 weeks now and still has not been delivered...I deserve a full refund with no question asked ..I ordered this on October 2, 2025

Just what is needed lights,basket, easy folding handlebar for in and out of car full suspension is a plus and not heavy love the ride

The shipping, even though it was paid for, took a long time to arrive, and the box was completely broken. Another thing I didn't like was that the wheels are made of pneumatic tires, which can easily puncture. It's not very convenient to change them. That's the worst part.

They worked with me on my repair. I bought a warranty and they sent me parts and a partial refund for the inconvenience. They worked with to figure something, just doesn’t reply fast.

We had an issue with our light/horn. They were able to replace it at no cost. Great experience.

No support for their parts. Cheap hardware that breaks down. Stay away from this company. Spend more and get something better with better tech support.

I never received my part I ordered and haven't heard any status updates on shipping or delays. It has been over 2 weeks.

This has been the best purchase for me and my friends. These scooters have great build quality and can handle jumps from over 3 feet high and have awesome braking power. My scooter is an Iscooter IX5s and Is really enjoyable to ride and even at high speeds have never had any wobble or shake to my scooter. Iscooter support is really strong and replies back within a day and ships out a new replacement part instantly.

I purchased the iScooter with high hopes, but it has been a complete failure from the start. It never worked properly, and instead of replacing the unit, the company kept sending one replacement part after another—none of which fixed the issue. This dragged on for weeks, wasting my time and energy. Now that we’re outside the return window, their only solution is to send a new scooter if I pay $350 for shipping, which is outrageous considering the original product was defective and never usable. This experience has been frustrating, expensive, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend iScooter to anyone. All this money wasted and my daughter still doesn’t have a scooter. The only positive I will say is the company IS responsive to emails. The content isn’t helpful, but they do reply. Honestly hoping they see this review and do the right thing.
