No tracking number and took 2 weeks for delivery, not 2-5 days as advertised.

Not good we got our new scooter and the brakes aren’t working. They are sending me new brakes and we have to fix it our self. I asked if there was something they can do because this isn’t right. They said no I don’t think it’s right

La he usado por 3 semanas, según las indicaciones con una carga de la bateria al 100% se puede recorrer un rango de 50 millas, lo cual es falso, una carga hace un recorrido máximo de 20 millas, o sea ni la mitad de lo que anuncia, en esa parte es decepcionante.

The customer service is beyond great! I truly can't say enough about how much they care about the customer and the quality of their products. The response time is very fast and they help to resolve any issues or questions in a timely manner.

IScooter tech support was extremely helpful when my grandson's scooter experienced rear wheel lockup. They were quick to troubleshoot and send out parts to repair.

I bought a iscooter ix5s 1000w and the charger don't work i didn't ride my iscooter yet I paid over 600 dollars and haven't ride my iscooter yet I'm upset

It was a rough week dealing with these people, but it turned out fine. My machine wasn’t working right. I got somebody who’s interested in it so we worked out a deal and hopefully it’s gonna go through without any more problems.

Great scooters! I bought two for my 6 and 7 year old children and they are so easy to operate.

The tire continues to go flat

I bought an iX4 scooter from this company for my grandson we had a minor issue with it nothing major we needed an accelerator lever on contacting them they dispatched the item their customer services and communications where first class they have been very helpful through out the grandson loves it I would use this company again I must state that I live in the UK

We purchased our F7 iScooters about 6 months ago and they have been absolutely fabulous. Well made, solid and dependable for both short and long commutes, we really couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Great for trips to the store or long rides around the lake, the iScooters have us reaching for our bike helmets instead of the car keys. 😊

I’ll give it a 2/5 since shipping wasn’t a hassle and it was decently quick. However, the scooter did not even go a full 4 miles with it on a full battery. The return process isn’t clear at all. Customer service wasn’t that great either. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

forgot my screws and they are taking forever to send them now and they keep harassing me on email with this bs

Fast delivery, the F7 scooter is fun and amazing to use!

The customer service is unmatched and hands down some of the best I’ve ever received on an electrical item. They walked me through and helped me troubleshoot issues I’ve been having with my IX7 Pro. They first sent me a spare part based on my email description, which was a great start and gave me the confidence to dig deeper. After finding the issue and ordering the part I needed to make the repair, they sent me a fully detailed tech video that clearly walked me through the process.

Things are going to break over time, but it’s awesome to own products back by teams like these!

U guys r not at helpful..and ur scooter very difficult to replace any accessories. It sucks.
M sorry but product should be easily replaceable.again u r not taking return of accessories .u waste my money.
