I wouldn't buy again

The scooter tire wore very unevenly and punctured under 200 miles.

I reached out to iScooter support on October 6th looking for a replacement rear tire for an iX3. There were two on the website and i wanted to confirm the correct tire. I was told the tire I needed was out of stock without next available date. Wasn't told which tire I needed.

After multiple failed attempts to find a replacement, what i assume to be the correct tire finally came into stock on iScooter website...for $70. (This is triple the price of similar tires for other brands!) Since there's no alternative to be found, i ordered the tire on October 20th. It's now October 28th and the tire is showing in China.

It will be over one month without use of my iScooter iX3 because of a punctured tire.

How resistant it I recommend it with my eyes closed, it is powerful, fast, resistant, its battery lasts, comfortable and with all the necessary functions. My best option

How resistant it is, its speed, its comfortable controls, its design, it is excellent. Have a rear tire (not engine) more resistant to punctures. Your horn should be louder for people to hear and more in a city that is noisy. Perhaps also integrate a removable and removable chair for long trips.

Reached out to get a replacement part.

Reached out to get a replacement part for my daughters scooter and it took three weeks chatting to an AI to finally get what I was asking for to fine out its the wrong peace. Overall not impressed with the customer service and I still have a scooter that does not work.

iscooter is number one …

Everything during the whole entire experience was great. Their customer service their product quality their shipping speed although FedEx sucked, but eye scooter was top-notch. Would recommend recommended it to anybody.

Excellent Scooter and Customer Service

We bought this scooter for my son’s birthday and he went off a curb and the wheel broke. iScooter’s customer service has been fantastic and they have sent us a replacement for free. We love the scooter, are super happy with the purchase and customer service!
