I have been looking at ebikes for a while and this spring I expanded my pool of possibilities by looking into scooters. There were so many different makes and levels of models it was almost overwhelming. Part of my concern was there were no real scooter sales or repair locations near where I live in Calgary. In reviewing the various makes I soon realized that the support groups would give a real good indication of the quality of the product and how the company would respond if ai had any issues once I made a purchase. I reached out to three different companies that sold models with the features I was most interested in and chose iscooter as my brand of choice.

I decided to purchase an iX5S model to share with my son and was pleases to see that when I ordered it came with a scooter bag for tools and scooter gloves. I had never ridden an e-scooter before but it was super easy to get accustomed to, not only driving it but figuring out the electronics.

It is so much fun and meets all of my expectations based on the parameters that the scooter says are its max speed and charging time and distance. It is well built and exactly as advertised. If I have one comment that would be an improvement for the scooter it would be to find a way to reduce its overall weight. All in all I think it is great value for the money!

The purchase of my sons iScooter went flawlessly from start to finish. After the scooter was received I had several questions, and their customer service replied back to me in a very timely matter. We are very happy with their product and highly recommend!

I purchased the i10 scooter in May 2025 and just a couple of weeks later, I ran into an issue with the battery not charging. I reached out to iScooter’s customer support, and I have to say—this company truly stands behind their products. The support team was incredibly responsive, professional, and caring. They immediately addressed my concerns and arranged to send me a brand-new battery along with a replacement charger completely free of charge.

It’s rare to see this level of customer service these days. Not only do they make a reliable, fun-to-ride scooter, but they also ensure their customers are well taken care of long after the purchase.

This company is the best, and they offer highly skilled customer service. They helped me solve a problem I had step by step with the hoverboard I bought for my daughter.

Absolutely love the scooter however, the seat took weeks and it was the wrong one! The response we get is someone will email you in 48 hours, they sent me the purchase link! I gave already paid for it once! I will not purchase my other 2 from here

Suffered a thumb throttle failure on my ix3 scooter. Contacted iscooter global customer service and within a few days and a couple of correspondence a new one was sent out immediately and received it a eeek later. Very good customer service and support. Highly recommend their products and very grateful to them for helping me resolve this issue.

The support for this product was great. Although I read some reviews that they had no response for days, I had a chance to talk to someone on the phone, and email responses were also great. I got my scooter on time..

This product is a very reliable way to get around! It is very high quality, our customers one problem was it came with a factory defect motor, but they immediately sent a new motor and a tutorial to replace it!

They respond rather quickly which is great but you need to negotiate to get them to actually help out in a reasonable way.

Initially, I ordered an iX3—great ride, terrific-looking machine, and probably more than enough off-road scooter for most people. However, I live in a hilly area, with one hill we call The Beast, so I upgraded to the iX8.

There were some technical bumps with the upgrade (system issues) and then some shipping problems. While these weren’t directly the company’s fault, how they responded says a lot. The iScooter team was responsive, helpful, friendly, and professional. All issues were resolved quickly and 110%! Thank you to the iScooter team.

I use the iX8 not just for fun, but as a way to stay active and get around in challenging terrain despite my respiratory condition. It’s given me the freedom to keep moving, explore outdoors, and tackle places I couldn’t reach otherwise.

As for the iX8—what a gorgeous, kickass ride! It’s wicked fast, rugged, and way too much fun. And The Beast by our home? It’s finally met its match in the iX8. 😎

I called this company to confirm the correct part for my i10 max. Their agent told me exactly what to buy. The part was wrong and damaged my scooter when installed. After pushing, they issued a full refund (CAD 146.89) — but they now claim it was my “ordering error,” say accessories have “no warranty,” and refuse to cover repairs or provide the correct part.

I’ve filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario and requested the call logs/records. A refund for the wrong part doesn’t fix a broken scooter caused by the company’s own guidance. Until they cover repairs and supply the correct part, this remains unresolved.
