I've been using Internetbs for many years. I have found their straightforward approach to be refreshing. Every feature I use works incredibly well. Great customer service in the couple of times I've really needed it. Highly recommend. I'll stay with them!

The best registrar! Very simple and effective, no annoying upselling, no cheap tricks... I have been using it for many years without a single problem. Despite the name this no BS, it's actually a (tropical) paradise! ;)

Straightforward and fast - couldn’t have been simpler to do.

I bought my domain on Saturday evening. Due to the process of internetbs being incomplete (it didn't ask for my house number) I couldn't register it with the DNS registrar.

Bit the support is the biggest issue I've had, some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. My issue is still going on, and still absolutely no timeframe as to when it will be able to be resolved. I had to push through the live chat to have some information, because the mail I had gotten had absolutely nothing to do with my issue. Would absolutely not recommend, if I could I would cancel my order

The overall experience of purchasing, transferring, renewing, and managing domains at internetbs is quite seamless.

I like the fact that the support team is readily available whenever I need it.

The prices were quite reasonable in 2019 but since May 2022 to October 2023, I see that Internetbs has increased its prices several times in the past months.
Internetbs has also changed its pricing method which is very disadvantageous for the customer.
To see if competitor prices are lower.

The website is so easy to use and the aftermarket follow up and security are excellent

Cheap price, fast host, good service after all

It was horrible.. I used to own so many domains snd the process to use emails with them was effortlessly and now it seems you want to charge us more to use emails. Not happy about that because it wasnt disclosed prior to my purchase of the domains
