Being a senior person the only issue I had was not seeing in full my final purchase on line which included a bouquet of flowers along with a gift (not sure what gift was) Other than that I heard the flowers were beautiful snd delivered the next day as per order.

Nothing like the picture shown
I was disappointed at the amount of flowers in the bouquet compared to the picture and price I paid for it. I got this for my elderly mother...she liked it of course but to me who sends alot of flowers noticed it was a smallish bouquet for the price I paid..which was the highest price listed. Could of done better. At least I know what florist that did the flowers so will avoid them in future

Bright and beautiful but very small
The flowers were very bright and beautiful but I paid for the biggest bouquet and it wasn’t big it was the same size as the petite bunch which was disappointing considering the price

Flowers delivered was not the same standard as advertised online

Thank you for your reply. To avoid any confusion, I’ve updated my original comment for clarity.
On the form, there is a separate section titled “Who’s it from,” which indicates where the names should be entered. This is the section where I have included the names.
Additionally, while I understand the bouquet may not be an exact match to the image shown online, I did expect it to be very similar in overall quality and presentation. The bouquet pictured appears fuller, with more lilies and lush greenery. Unfortunately, the bouquet received did not meet that standard, as it contained fewer flowers and included blooms that may not open.
Given the difference in quality compared to what was advertised, I would appreciate a partial refund.
Please let me know the next steps to resolve this.

The flowers delivered did not match the appearance or quality shown in the online photo at the time of booking. Additionally, the card included with the flowers did not contain the sender’s name, despite this information being provided in the order form.

Hello Eva, we have reviewed your comments and you did not write who the flowers were from after your message on the card. Our florists do the best they can to replicate the photo on the website with what they have in stock which is in our T's and C's.
Great service and a beautiful bouquet!
My friend and her husband were delighted with the beautiful summer bouquet, delivered quickly to an out-of-the-way address. I received update mails so knew the delivery was on its way. Very happy with Interflora's service!
