Bouquet bought and bouquet delivered were different
I did not realise that my tracking information had gone to my junk mail. Apart from that it was fine.
Bouquet I chose was colourful, the picture of the bouquet delivered was mainly white, so a little disappointing in that regard.

Everything was easy and hassle free
Everything was easy and hassle free. The only thing I would like to see is a notification from courier once the flowers had been delivered, I did received a notification when they were on their way but not once delivered.

Flowers arrived after 2 days wilted and…
Flowers arrived after 2 days wilted and dried out. Emailed on the second day Monday to ask if they knew what had gone wrong but didn't get a reply. The flowers turned up that afternoon and as I mentioned not in great condition. Have had this experience before, not impressed for the money.

I am still waiting on customer support to reply my email from 2 days ago. Sent and image that didn't look like my flowers and a tracking number that went to an error page. No help when I emailed customer service. Still don't know if flowers got there or what they looked like.
Edited to reply: The reply you are reffering to a different question - my email on delivery and the link not working was never replied to.

Our florists do not generally take photos and you requested to stay anonymous so the recipient would be unable to send you a photo. The flowers did arrive at their destination 90 minutes after ordering.
