Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, paid $150 for a little small bouqet of flowers that would have costed $65 at the supermarket. Wont ever use this company and everyone should stay away

Very disappointed
I ordered the flowers to be sent for my wife’s birthday who was away in Auckland at her brothers bedside in hospital of life support. I chose a bunch that contained proteas, there were no proteas in the delivery. I wrote a special note for her at a very difficult time and there was no note delivered. There was no suggestion who the flowers came from even. The flowers were delivered on the 19th her birthday as requested. Her brother died on the 20th. I will never order through interflora again, you let me down badly.

Hello Michael, the card is inside the envelope that contains the address and name of recipient. The photo on the website is a suggestion but not an exact recipe as it depends on what the florist has in stock on the day. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with the order. We are very sorry to hear of your wife's brothers passing, this was a very sad time for all involved and we are sorry we added to your stress.

I was very happy with the whole ordering process, the website was very easy to navigate. However, although we got confirmation our order was on its way to being delivered, we didn't receive confirmation they had actually arrived at the address.

Do not purchase through Interflora
I paid for a premium bright bunch of flowers after seeing the photos online of how many approx bright flowers would get sent. What was delivered was a very small bunch, well not even a bunch and only a few bright flowers. Very disappointed and would NOT use again.
