Insurance to suit the individual
Having dealt with insurance choice for 14 years I can highly recommend them. They are professional and very helpful. They look for a product to suit the individual and communications are excellent.

Overcharging loyal customers beware …
I’ve gotten a quote for my renewal and I’ve delayed in renewal because of family bereavement and after a month was quoted over the top which I didn’t understand as I’ve been with the company for over 8 years!! But no loyalty I guess it’s a dog eat dog scenario!!

I can see that you have now reinsured with us after initially lapsing cover in October. Please understand that the price we offer is always our best and we certainly do not undervalue your loyalty with us.
I can see from your file that the premium increase is due to a number of claims during the policy period which unfortunately had an impact on the price we could obtain for you.
As you have now reinsured with us, I can only assume that, once compared like-for-like, our cover and premium was to your satisfaction.

Excellent customer service been w this company a long time…
I’ve been with this company a long time for a reason brilliant . the staff I speak with are brilliant always get me the best deal on my insurance and do abit extra to find what suits me. These people stick in my mind Jason brookhouse excellent customer service good guy to deal with the best. Along with his colleagues meggie and Gavin mand who are also brilliant when ever I’ve spoke with them so excellent company with great staff customer service and communication brilliant highly recommended to use this company if your looking for insurance.
