Rude customer service
Anyone considering using Mobilers Insurance should think carefully before taking out a policy with them.
I have had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. If I hadn’t already had a policy in place, I would have cancelled it because of the way I was treated by a member of staff, Miss Biggs.
I raised a formal complaint about the incident, but my concerns were dismissed. In my view, the company appeared to consider it acceptable for customer service representatives to be rude, arrogant, and dismissive, rather than properly investigating and addressing my complaint.
Based on my experience, I would urge anyone thinking of insuring their vehicle with Mobilers Insurance to consider the quality of their customer service before making

We are sorry that you feel this was your experience with Mobilers.
Following your complaint, we carried out a full review of the interaction, including the call itself and the actions taken by the adviser. Based on that review, we did not find evidence to support the concerns raised regarding the conduct or professionalism of the adviser. We found that explanations were provided regarding the documentation required, appropriate follow-up was completed, and the query was handled in line with our expected standards.
We fully appreciate that customers may sometimes disagree with the outcome of a complaint investigation. However, having reviewed the evidence available to us, we are satisfied that the adviser remained professional, respectful and focused on resolving the query throughout the interaction.
Whilst we regret that you remain disappointed with the outcome, we thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns.
