The Pricing was very competitive
The Pricing was very competitive. The application process rather long winded for my application and included a huge number of irrelevant questions so they could perhaps improve their system to cut these out based on previous answers. Otherwise all went well. Of course the proof of the pudding is how well they react to claims. Fingers crossed they are as good.

It is fair to say we ask quite a lots of questions in the quote, partly because we cater for a wide range of vessels from canoes and paddleboards to ocean going yachts. However the main reason is it helps us get a better view of the risk which in turn helps us to be as competitive as possible. Thanks again for the feedback.

Helping the older folks.
As being an older/senior person requiring insurance I was impressed with the human contact that helped me negotiate the on-line application.
