Easy to get a quote and to revise cover online. Surprised at the amount of increased premium for adding another pilot but still very competitive

Pilot experience in terms of total hours and hours on type is a main driver of the premium. If a new pilot is added who has low hours for either criteria then it can impact the premium. I will however take a look at your policy and write to you with more detail.

Quite a good robot but a human can be better!
easy to follow but can be easy to make a mistake.
I would like to be able to talk with an advisor and not do everything by email. What is wrong with talking people are beginning to say, as you can get more done in 2 minutes of conversation than than 2 minutes of texting or similar.

Visicover is essentially an online service which enables aircraft or boat owners to not just buy their cover online but also update or renew their cover themselves. Resultant cost savings are then passed back as lower premiums.

Straightforward online portal to set cover levels with plenty of explanation. Prompt and friendly email response to enquiries. Marine Legal Insurance not currently available.
