Sophie Kelly was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She exceeded all expectations and was a superstar! I cannot recommend her enough! Where to start… She was incredibly responsive and made the process as straightforward as it could be - she kept me updated with bookings and feedback on the app but also by email because it was more convenient to me. Her viewing feedback was very detailed and constructive and I particularly loved her “chance of making an offer” score… which turned out to be very accurate. The way she presented the house was incredibly successful and generated much more interest than I expected and at a price I was very happy with. During the legal process, she remained hands on and helpful and coordinated with the third parties which smoothed everything over. She had a wonderful manner and instilled a real sense of confidence in all she said and did. Of course I am very glad the transaction has completed, but I will miss our daily interactions! Had my high value home on with Charters for over a year with just a handful of viewers or should I say chancers. Changed to Nested and my home sold within a month for the amount I wanted and with a lot of interest from serious buyers. My husband and I have just completed on our house sale, and we honestly don’t know what we would have done without Katie.
