We used Sophie Kelly at Nested for the sale of our London flat. We were really pleased with the service we received and completed on a sale above asking price. Sophie was easy to communicate with, she took in all the details of the property during the viewing phase and was great at chasing and facilitating communication between ourselves and the buyer to negotiate on some points and ensure a smooth sale. I particularly liked that we were dealing with one person throughout the whole process.

This company came cold calling on my road recently. My neighbours say they were offering free valuations. I don’t understand why a legitimate estate agents would cold call for customers. I was at home but with a sleeping baby so I didn’t answer, however he knocked FOUR times which made me start to worry that it was someone aggressive or with dishonest intentions.

If you’re selling in Greenwich, we highly recommend Reiss Braniff with Nested. He knows the market in Greenwich well, he sold our house this year for the price we wanted and made the process as easy as possible. He offered to host group viewings on selected weekend days so we could fit them in around work and family life. Sceptical given our experience over the previous months we decided to give him a go. Well, from the first contact by WhatsApp, through the entire sale process, we were given a personal, tailored service precisely as he described to us on the first contact.

Bal sold our house within one week, in fact, the first buyer than inquired bought the place. The house was unoccupied through the sale process and Bal went over, almost every day, to check on the property and make sure all safe and secure. We completed 6 weeks later.

Honestly, we cannot recommend Nested Hornchurch enough. Big shout to Bal for his 5* service.
