I highly recommend Daniel and Hayley. Daniel came to visit us and discuss our options and there was no hard sell. Throughout the process we were kept informed. There was a delay because of coronavirus but this was unavoidable. The shutters themselves look beautiful and we are very happy with them. The work itself was carried out with no mess and we would not hesitate to recommend the company.

I can’t recommend them enough! Great value for money with incredible results. The initial consultation was speedy and efficient and Dan was one of the best tradesman we’ve met with whilst renovating the house. Due to Covid, we knew we would have to wait a while but were constantly updated and the shutters ended up being installed a month before the estimated date! The installation guys were neat, tidy and well organised. The end result is absolutely perfect!

Highly recommend this company for their expert advice, communication and price. They were able to give advice on what design would work best for our function and space even if it meant less money for them (as the cheaper product worked better, full height and mdf-for less paint chipping we were told as we had kids). It ended up being not what I had envisaged and I'm so grateful we listened, had I gone with Hillary's design it would have been a disaster. The suggestion for full height but with split swivels (not sure technical term) and a panel over the window split for the best look was definitely the best choice.

Extremely happy, would reccomend and I'm even luckier we got them fitted prior to lockdown!

Really good communications throughout. When they were ready to be fitted the guys were polite, friendly and did an amazing job. We are so pleased with our shutters.

I was worried as you would be having committed to spending the amount of money that Shutters Cost and not being sure what the finished product would look like.

That being said London Interior Shutters does make you feel comfortable about the while thing. Daniel who visits to give the quotation is super flexible - popping in to see me at 8am on Sunday as I had no other time available. He doesn’t rush, listens to your ideas and concerns and advises. On my bay windows I could have gotten away with 2, 3 or 4 panels for the centre window but couldn’t decide what I wanted. So Daniel came with me on a drive around some of the local roads to see what other people had done with similar houses and helped me decide.

Once quoted everything is dealt with by Hayley through emails. Again quick and informative. She books in a proper survey with the fitter to ensure he is happy with the measurements and how he will fit them. Once that’s done pay your deposit then wait. Hayley keeps you informed of the progress and after a few weeks wait you get booked in for a fitting.

Max is the fitter. He had been doing it for more than 10 years and is extremely good at it. He is so clean and quiet whilst working and is very precise. Even his filling work at the end to finish off is soo neat. And I do a lot of this myself so I am very critical of others when they don’t meet my expectations. We had light carpets upstairs which I had covered up before he arrived but he still insisted on taking his shoes off whilst working upstairs.

Shutters are expensive there is no doubt about it. But if you use London Interior Shutters you will feel a lot happier about spending that amount of money. The process, the product, the finish and the people you will deal with are all perfect.

I have since had a friend change his mind over a quote he was going to commit to from Hillary’s and has called London Interior Shutters in.

I have had my shutters about a month now and I love them so much! The whole process was great from start to finish. The day that Daniel came round to give the initial quote I had quite a few others round to do the same. Not only did the price come out the best but he was the only one that didn’t do a hard sales pitch and didn’t hound me for a answer in the coming days. I’m just waiting to have a new kitchen and then I will be in contact for more! I really recommend London Interior Shutters!

After some home improvement work which included new windows in our front bay we wanted to try shutters. Several people in our street had used London Interior Shutters and recommended them highly. We looked at the work and were impressed. We wanted to ensure the best possible price, service and quality so we got both a large company which supplies and fits shutters and London Interior Shutters to visit us and quote. Daniel was London Interior Shutters was really impressive and demonstrated great knowledge. London Interior Shutters offered a local service and beat the big company on price by a significant margin and supplied and fitted the shutters brilliantly. They were punctual and very efficient. We have no doubt that the shutters supplied are of at least equal quality to what the larger company would have supplied. Furthermore Daniel made some very useful observations about the fitting. Hayley handled the office side of things very efficiently and kept us informed and Max and is colleague fitted the shutters quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

The shutters were fitted in December 2019 and we are extremely happy with them - and we have no hesitation in strongly recommending London Interior Shutters.

Although the shutters took a while to arrive (this seems to be standard practice) the process was well communicated and very professional. The fitting was carried out efficiently and we are delighted with our new shutters. Just what we were after.
