Lovely product. The shutters, once installed, were everything we had hoped for. The install team were very professional as well.

I recently had some shutters installed, covering some large / complicated window shapes. I am very happy with the result and the overall service. Throughout the process Hayley was really helpful, responsive and provided realistic timelines to installation. Prior to ordering, the measurements were taken by Dan which all worked out to be exactly correct, and he really understood what I was looking for in terms of design. The installation team were highly professional and kept my apartment clean which I also really appreciated. Would have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and recommending to friends and family.

A genuinely top notch experience and service from start to finish, everyone involved from the design consultation to the final installation, without forgetting the office and accounts manager, was super professional, efficient and genuinely pleasant.

Alex did a tremendous job installing the shutters, arrived on time, was courteous and left everything in a perfect state.

The shutters looks great, they really transform the room and I fully expect to solicit LIS's services again for shutters in other rooms of my flat.

After shopping around a bit with some of the other companies and having a bad experience, we found them to be friendly and professional with excellent service start to finish. And all for a cheaper price than the other companies that claim to be the most cost effective! Can't recommend them enough.

We've had our shutters for 6 months now and they are great. The London Interior Shutter team provided a competitive quote and clear communication through out, and the shutters were installed without any mess or damage. Two things to note: the lead time is very long (as the shutters are shipped from abroad) and the shutters are not blackout, neither of which was a problem for us as London Interior Shutter flagged this up-front to us but worth keeping in mind if you are considering getting shutters. Have recommended to friends since!
