Fantastic service , really pleased with my shutters

We recently had shutter blinds fitted by Diamond Shutters and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Kevin came out to measure up and was brilliant from the moment he arrived. He gave us great advice on the best style to go for, and his knowledge was second to none — you can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about getting it right for you.
Then James the fitter came to install them, and what a job he did. Polite, hardworking, and a true master of his craft. The finish is absolutely spot on, and he left everything clean and tidy — not a thing for us to sort after.
From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
We’re over the moon with the result and would highly recommend Diamond Shutters to anyone thinking about getting shutters done.

I am so pleased I contacted Diamond regarding shutters in my home. I got a couple of quotes from other companies but everything about Diamond stood out. I didn't feel like someone was in my home giving a sales pitch and Kevin listened to all my questions ( believe me I had loads ) and at no time did I feel that I was being a nuisance. The office staff are lovely too, friendly and professional and were very patient with me, with numerous emails back and forth.
I had my shutters fitted today and I am in love! They look amazing! James who fitted them was such a nice guy, arrived on time, fitted them to a very high standard and left my front room spotless.

Diamond Shutters are a great company. Great communication. Great service. And all at a great price too. We first had shutters with them 10 years ago, and have just had another window done to match. I was very pleased with the shutters fitted in my living room today. I was kept informed with timescales, as to when they would be fitted. Tyler, who fitted them, was most pleasant, very efficient and tidy.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were lucky enough to be local enough to visit the showroom. Within the first minute, we were made to feel very welcomed. Every style and option was explained in detail and we booked the home measure visit there and then. All aspects of our journey was painless, including the installation, which was done very quickly and professionally. We love our shutters! From start to finish an easy process. Kevin came to measure and James did an excellent job in fitting the shutters. Staff all polite and helpful. The shutters are of excellent quality and have really enhanced the two bedrooms. Would definitely use Diamond Shutters again.

Amazing small company from beginning to end. Email the company and they got back quickly and booked me in for a consultation no hard sell from the guy who came around to measure. I was emailed in the afternoon with a quote fantastic price so booked straight away. I was kept informed all the way. The shutters came within the time given. I had them fitted today they are loving. We had considered installing shutters for some time.A number of companiesfrom online searches. Poor response from both those companies we contacted. However by chance we came upon their showroom in Sidcup and ventured in. We received a friendly welcome and were given a non pressurised introduction to Diamond Shutters. We got a survey within days and felt we had chosen the right company for the job! Delivery and installation times were accurate and today we had them installed. Well pleased with the workmanship and they look amazing up.Highly reccomend them,From our initial enquiry to final installation the staff were brilliant.

Diamond Shutters fitted shutters to our living room. From the beginning they were clear about appointments, delivery times and cost. They kept us updated at every stage. We live a long way from their company and were pleasantly surprised when they agreed to work with us. When measuring our windows, all our questions were fully answered. Now the shutters are fitted, we're so pleased with the result, making the room cosier and definitely warmer. The shutters look really good, whether closed or open, giving us privacy when needed. The fitter was quiet and unobtrusive and had the job finished in no time! Thank you Diamond Shutters!

We've used Diamond Shutters twice now, and they came to us via recommendation. We have found them to be an excellent company. The fitters arrived exactly on time and worked well as a team. They were neat and tidy, even taking their shoes off at the door, which we appreciated. The shutters are of a high quality and are really sturdy and the admin team, in the office, are welcoming and very helpful. They also answer the phone promptly, which is unusual nowadays, and deal with queries helpfully and quickly. I don't usually write reviews but this company are well-deserving.
