I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Diamond Shutters. We bought our shutters in 2022, and after one of my children accidentally pulled a shutter slat out of alignment, I emailed them last night with a few photos.

By 9am this morning, they had already replied and booked Dave to come out that afternoon. He fixed the problem on the spot and was so friendly and professional.

It's so reassuring to know you're looked after even years after your purchase. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diamond Shutters!

They have now done a number of shutters for us and the new ones have a separate section at the top so you can shut one part and leave the fan light window part open.

Excellent service as usual with Diamond Shutters, just had the last two windows/french doors completed by this company and not disappointed. From the initial request for a quote, measuring and designing through to fitting I have been very happy with the process and kept updated throughout. Very competitive pricing, my house has been completely ‘shuttered’ by this company. Highly recommended

Very pleased with shutters, I ordered 3 for windows in front of house. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional.

This company is exceptionally accurate with every aspect of what they do. Supply and fit Shutters and many other variants. From recommendations from neighbours, friends and family we thought we’d give them a try. Very accurate measurements, very thorough with everything that lead to superb fitting. I was very impressed with the fitter who didn’t cut any corners and stayed into the early evening to finish the job. I’m glad I didn’t attempt it myself ! The price was also lower than I expected. Fantastic from start to finish, I will always recommend them.

First rate service from start to finish. Lovely staff in the showroom who helped but did not pressure a sale. Left in peace to browse options including blinds and shutters. Bought both. Superb quality of blinds. Shutters took a while to arrive but the company were upfront about the timeliness from the start and notified me of a short delay. Brilliant communication all along. The shutter fitters were first class, lovely and friendly, super quick and left the rooms pristine. Faultless fitting. Took me a few years to decide on shutters as they aren't the cheapest option but feel I lucked out with this company.

From start to end, this company were very helpful in the process of ordering and installing the shutters. Extremely professional, and superb communication at all times. James, the fitter, did a superb job. Our front bedroom window bay had a fitted desk, which needed to be cut to allow the shutters to fit in the window bay. He did this task superbly, as he is also a qualified carpenter. We have no reservations in recommending Diamond Shutters.

The customer care from Jane and Danielle is superb, the fitters are always friendly professional and so fast you can’t believe how they do such a good job.
I wanted something changed slightly a few months afterwards as I’d found the opening of one side became awkward after I’d had bedroom wardrobe fitted and they repositioned that shutter to open in oposite direction without charging me! Took him minutes and left no mess or damage to the wall or decoration in that area. I’m honestly thrilled to bits and highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed

We recently had shutter blinds fitted by Diamond Shutters and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Kevin came out to measure up and was brilliant from the moment he arrived. He gave us great advice on the best style to go for, and his knowledge was second to none — you can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about getting it right for you.
Then James the fitter came to install them, and what a job he did. Polite, hardworking, and a true master of his craft. The finish is absolutely spot on, and he left everything clean and tidy — not a thing for us to sort after.
From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
We’re over the moon with the result and would highly recommend Diamond Shutters to anyone thinking about getting shutters done.

I am so pleased I contacted Diamond regarding shutters in my home. I got a couple of quotes from other companies but everything about Diamond stood out. I didn't feel like someone was in my home giving a sales pitch and Kevin listened to all my questions ( believe me I had loads ) and at no time did I feel that I was being a nuisance. The office staff are lovely too, friendly and professional and were very patient with me, with numerous emails back and forth.
