Inish Pharmacy is an independent Irish online pharmacy delivering health, beauty and wellbeing products to customers throughout Ireland and abroad. Shop thousands of products online across: Medicines & health: pain relief, allergy, cold & flu, digestive care and more. Vitamins & supplements. Skincare, including leading dermatological brands. Beauty, haircare and fragrance. Mother & baby essentials. Every order is packed and dispatched from our dedicated fulfilment centre, which incorporates a registered Irish pharmacy, and comes from the same genuine stock we carry in our stores. Before we supply any medicine, you complete a short online consultation, which one of our pharmacists reviews to make sure it’s suitable for you. Our pharmacists are also available to answer questions about your medicines or help you choose the right product. We offer free delivery on orders over €54.99, and our customer service team is based here in Donegal. Behind our website is a real pharmacy business. Inish Pharmacy was established in 2007 in Inishowen, Co. Donegal, and runs three community pharmacies in Buncrana, Carndonagh and Muff. Our values of Service, Care and Trust guide everything we do, online and in store. We’re also proud of the team behind our pharmacies, warehouse and customer service, and we invest in their training and development. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to review us. We read your feedback and use it to keep improving.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. DPD are absolutely shockingly useless, despite this they continue to ship via DPD to Germany. Parcel never arrives but updated tracking shows ‚delivered to neighbour‘ no note left to say which ’neighbour‘ no details on website tracking with any specifics - DPD unable to clarify where, when, how. The advice given is to go and knock every door in the neighbourhood or wait - wait for what ?!- 6-8 weeks of nothingness and then had to chase and fight for a refund (100+ €).
I can only conclude that either DPD are thieves, or the Inish Pharmacy are thieves and nothing has actually been posted on the last two occasions.
Stay away from the company as you will need to fight for a refund. Absolutely dishonest - looking at the amount of positive reviews here also gives me great pause for thought.

THEY DON'T DO RETURNS
We bought a bumble bee car seat for a particular job but when we opened it ( UNUSED) we figured it wouldn't work for us. After reading through the returns policy we decided we would forgo the cost of returns and send it back, they sent it back to us with a letter saying...THIS COMPANY STATED THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THE PRODUCT IS OPENED, well why the hell would you buy it otherwise - as a mistake and then cost yourself another €10 to return it ..for the laugh. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ON THERE BEHALF , will trustpilot and never buy again.
