Inish Pharmacy is an independent Irish online pharmacy delivering health, beauty and wellbeing products to customers throughout Ireland and abroad. Shop thousands of products online across: Medicines & health: pain relief, allergy, cold & flu, digestive care and more. Vitamins & supplements. Skincare, including leading dermatological brands. Beauty, haircare and fragrance. Mother & baby essentials. Every order is packed and dispatched from our dedicated fulfilment centre, which incorporates a registered Irish pharmacy, and comes from the same genuine stock we carry in our stores. Before we supply any medicine, you complete a short online consultation, which one of our pharmacists reviews to make sure it’s suitable for you. Our pharmacists are also available to answer questions about your medicines or help you choose the right product. We offer free delivery on orders over €54.99, and our customer service team is based here in Donegal. Behind our website is a real pharmacy business. Inish Pharmacy was established in 2007 in Inishowen, Co. Donegal, and runs three community pharmacies in Buncrana, Carndonagh and Muff. Our values of Service, Care and Trust guide everything we do, online and in store. We’re also proud of the team behind our pharmacies, warehouse and customer service, and we invest in their training and development. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to review us. We read your feedback and use it to keep improving.

Best Products & Fast Shipping but no FREE returns!
I wnted to give 5 like I always do since shopping here since 2019 as they have the best products with the best prices and fastest postage within 2 days normally but on my last order I had to return some vitamins as when I received the bottles the picture of the pill was HUGE so I knew I couldnt swallow it, so I returned the item and no free returns so cost me €7 and then I had used a voucher in the order too and this amount was deducted from the refund value too....Like I said though they are amazing and reliable but just disappointed that one return had to cost me postage and a discount code!!

Excellent service, quick delivery
Excellent online shopping experience. I found products that I hadn't been able to get in my local pharmacies, including specific Bioderma and Bio-Oil items and sizes. Prices were even better than Boots online, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery was quick, with everything arriving well packaged within two days. It's great to support an Irish business, and Inish Pharmacy has definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommended!

counterfeit Item Received - Condescending Customer Care
I ordered a bottle of La Roche Posay moisturiser. Unfortunately it arrived today but l am unable to authenticate the product as the QR code will not scan, and eventually brings me to a dodgy website and not the official La Roche Posay website. I rang the store this morning and was horrified by the condescending response I received from the lady on the phone. I am still shaking over how rude and unhelpful she was.
Please be aware that products from this site may be counterfeit, and their customer support will not provide you with understanding or assistance. I will be escalating this matter with the relevant bodies in Ireland as these counterfeit products pose a serious health risk

Besvarelse fra Inish Pharmacy
Dear Jane,
Thank you for providing your feedback on your recent order and, more importantly, your experience when calling yesterday.
First and foremost, I want to state clearly that all our La Roche Posay products are genuine and sourced directly from L’Oréal (Dermatological Beauty Division). As a licensed pharmacy and one of the main suppliers of La Roche Posay products in Ireland, we have a direct account with L'Oréal and do not use third-party distributors; this is the only way we can guarantee the safety and integrity of the products we provide to our customers.
I also want to offer my sincerest apologies for the response you received on the phone. Hearing that a customer felt "horrified" or that we were condescending is deeply upsetting to us. We take great pride in our reputation for excellent service, as reflected in our long history of positive reviews. However, it is clear we didn't meet this standard for you and we will be addressing this with our team internally.
I understand why the scanning process caused concern, and I’d like to provide the technical context for this:
-The code on the bottle is a 'Data Matrix' code, not a QR code: While it looks like a QR code, it is an industrial-grade version used by L’Oréal for unit-level tracking. Because these codes are much smaller and denser than standard QR codes, smartphone cameras often struggle to focus on them, leading to the "unscannable" experience you had.
-The "rposay.com" Link: This is an official, shortened domain owned by L’Oréal. It is part of their "GS1 Digital Link" system.
-Security Warnings: Because this link is a "redirect" (it passes your phone from the code to their secure internal server), many mobile browsers flag it with a "not secure" warning. This is a technical quirk of how their software interacts with phone security settings and not a sign of a malicious site.
We want you to feel 100% confident in our pharmacy and the products we sell. Even though we stand behind the authenticity of the product, your peace of mind is more important.
As mentioned in the email we sent you, we have issued a full refund for the product. You do not need to worry about returning it; please feel free to dispose of it if you do not feel comfortable using it.
Batch Verification: If you would like further proof, please reply to the email with the 6-character LOT code stamped on the bottle (this may be on the bottom of the bottle). We can then request the formal manufacturing certificate for that specific batch from L’Oréal.
We are deeply sorry that your experience led to this review. As mentioned earlier, we absolutely do not sell counterfeit products.
We truly value your business and hope this shows we are committed to making this right.
We are happy to discuss by email or on the telephone if you prefer.
Paul
