What has happened to all the rider apps?

Travelling has become so costly...Unless we don't book a ride of 500 rs plus will not get a ride means...when actual cost is 250

Very insensitive to plight of the drivers

Left wallet in car. Customer service says email once. We'll i did right away day 2 I did again. Cancelled all my cards. Still nothing!! No chat option!!

Rider accepted the request and then called me to cancel it. After 2,3 minutes he started the timer for waiting and he was away from us

The worst experience I've ever had. Customer service is not helpful at all. I filed a complaint a week ago against a driver named Hossam who works for them, and no one responded to me. He's a disrespectful and contemptible driver, and no action has been taken against him. They employ someone who looks like a criminal and interferes in matters that are not his specialty.

indrive does not support credit cards, meaning that passengers have to rely on transferring the money directly to the drivers.

In my case, after the ride has ended, I accidentally sent a large amount of money ($2000 USD) to my driver simply because his name stayed in my banking app.

I tried to contact the company only to get no solution whatsoever, all they told me is that they can't contact their driver.

I tried contacting the owner of the company through Facebook, only to be ignored as well.

All of this means that this company is cheap, dangerous and unreliable garbage which does not vet it's drivers. Meaning that you can get kidnapped or killed by your driver and the company will not be able to assist the authorities whatsoever.

Driver Stole My Package & Indrive Support is Unresponsive

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Indrive. On March 9, 2025, I booked a ride to transport a premium vape kit worth R480 for my business. The assigned driver, Unathi (White Ford Fiesta, Reg: CF264109), did not complete the trip properly. Instead, he drove around aimlessly for 64 minutes, refused to answer my calls, and ended the trip at the wrong location—taking my package with him.

I immediately contacted Indrive support, expecting swift action. However, their response has been slow and unhelpful, with no clear resolution offered. This is not just unprofessional but outright theft, and the lack of accountability from Indrive is unacceptable.

I am demanding the following:

1️⃣ A full refund of my stolen package (R480) and trip fare (R50).
2️⃣ Immediate action against the driver, including an investigation and permanent ban from the platform.
3️⃣ A proper response from Indrive regarding this case, with a commitment to prevent similar incidents.

As a loyal Indrive customer with nearly 100 trips, I expected better service. If this is not resolved soon, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue legally and publicly.

I urge Indrive to take responsibility and ensure consumer protection on their platform. Customers should feel safe and secure when using their services, not be scammed by drivers with no accountability.

Looking forward to an immediate resolution.

Bad Customer Service. UI design not intuitive at all.

Como conductor de indriver es la peor aplicación los pasajeros te cancelan cuando estas por llegar y no te pagan nada los pasajeros les mandas mensaje y jamas contestan y la mayoría de los pasajeros nunca traen cambio y se les dices que te faltan diez pesos te reportan que pediste más y la aplicacion no tiene opción de abonar para el siguiente viaje y nunca seras confort porque por unalo de quitan 40 puntos se suben otros y haci tanto el conductor como el pasajero desconfian ,y el servicio de ayuda y soporte es nefasto nunca contestan la peor y mas pobre.

I met a driver through Indrive by the name of "Muhsin". At first I gave him 5 star as he thinking he is a helpful person who knows around the city and is informative but soon "Muhsin" started to made driving deals outside of indrive stating that indrive drivers are unreliable and untrustworthy. When I discussed my plan to visit lahore through indrive he misled me and told me that indrive drivers harass and threaten their passengers on long drives and are well known for abandoning them mid-trip. Muhsin turned out to be a big scammer and a fraud but I trusted him just becoz I had met him through a reliable app of Indrive. Please beware of fraudulent scammers who try to show they know more than others and know everything. This fraudster Muhsin scammed me for Rs5000 plus Rs6000 in car rent and fuel for a trip to Lahore to which he never showed up. I have the payment proofs via jazz cash. Being new in the city I fell in his evil trap as he said he would take care of booking a comfortable car for the long drive from Islamabad to Lahore. I hope no one falls for the Muhsin kind of fraudsters and scammers that give bad name to the rest of the drivers. I wish I could go back and change his rating from 5 star to zero and let everyone know to stay safe and vigilant of scammers liars and frauds like Muhsin. Below are the pics of the payment transfer for fuel and codes he sent to get the advance payments. The proof of rent payment is also available in WhatsApp messages. Passengers Beaware of frauds like Muhsin.

Application utile mais certains conducteurs à revoir : attitude désagréable ou conduite dangereuse. Le service assistance est à améliorer. Difficile de communiquer.

Driver accepted offer, then instantly messaged asking for more money, when I refused and stated the agreed price the driver continued to abuse me ending the conversation with “go die” I reported this to in drive who’s response was extremely uncaring, providing me with the drivers number and telling me to contact him directly about the issue.. avoid this driver in Luang Prabang.

I’ve used InDrive lots of times, and one recurring issue I’ve noticed is that many drivers refuse to turn on the AC, even in extremely hot weather. Despite requesting it, the usual response is either “It’s not working” or complete disregard for the request.

Riding in a stuffy car, especially in heavy traffic, makes the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. If AC is not part of the service, it should be clearly stated so passengers know what to expect. Otherwise, drivers should be required to use it when customers ask.

I hope InDrive addresses this issue, as it significantly affects the quality of the ride.

As a driver I have to give this company one star. First let me tell you that when I pick up a passenger and the person is not at the location and after I put it in the application that the passenger did not show up, the program does not pay for it. I have already sent numerous messages to Indrive and they only say 24 to 48 hours and it has been more than a week and still they do not pay me for any trip that the passenger does not show up. I am going to file this complaint with another department that will take care of this fraudulent company.
