The app showed Rs. 375 and driver started lying and arguing for additional Rs. 100 charged Rs. 475 stating that Rs. 100 for toll which he nvr paid in Bandra Worli sea link (there is no toll now at Bandra worli sea link) when I asked him to produce the bill he said he didn't took and started arguing unfortunately i had to pay the money as I was with my senior citizen mom.

We were canceled 3 times waiting at probably the most visible landmark in the city. We waited a total of 1hr and 25 minutes. No one came. Our destination was 11 minutes away from our pickup point. Don't even think about using this unreliable service at night. Pay a little more and use the tradition yello cab. They are prompt, reliable and plentiful.

Dear InDrive Team,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with your pricing practices, specifically during special events. Today, on Bhai Tikan (Nepal), I noticed that fares were significantly increased, a pattern that was also apparent during the SAFF games. During these times, your app imposes a minimum fare of 600 Rs, preventing customers from booking rides at a reasonable price.
I was forced to pay over 200% of the usual fare for a short 10-minute drive, which is simply unacceptable. Even the drivers I spoke to expressed their dissatisfaction with this policy, stating that they are losing customers due to these inflated charges. They also mentioned the inconvenience of having to explain and defend these high prices to their riders.
Due to this negative experience, both my friend and I have decided to uninstall the InDrive app, and we urge others to consider doing the same. We hope that InDrive reconsiders this approach to pricing, as it is clearly damaging your relationship with customers and harming drivers as well.

Around 5am I contacted the customer service after telling me to be sure the phone will be returned, nothing returned they never contacted me and now the phone lost this is complete burglary and will never use this service again, I even give them my UK number after they convinced me to return the phone . Next time when I go to Egypt I will report this to the security.

Location poorly. Communication between costumer and driver is worst. They never have the right waiting time and it is not option to switch a driver due that they will still charge you . I am sorry for the drivers but their company is basic .Uber it is more expensive that this company but the service it is much superior. I will stop using this app . I am using indriver Morocco for more than a year and I always have weird or bad experiences.
I always have to go look for change myself while the driver stays in the car, THIS IS NOT HOW A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED.

I order a specific type of car for some events and they present themselves with stinky or cheap cars.
They also get annoyed and upset when I do not have the same amount as the ride price.
