Crazy dangerous, last time I got a car and he was aggressive wanted to hit someone, the second time from KLIA to Bukit Bintang all the way he did harassment I called them, emailed them gave them all the details, I even had the voices but no one came back to me, so irresponsible because in app there is no emergency option which they really respond to you

Worse service ever , I have avoid many times not to complaint but this time I have to , most of the driver don't have their own IDs, and today I booked courier to pickup the food and delivery to me and he's just rooming around, food is already cold and he went to the wrong location which is far away , now he has flat tyre , asking me to wait, WTH,

Nadat we een retour rit hadden geboekt van €5,48 (InDrive prijs). Afgesproken dat de chauffeur voor €10,00 ons zou brengen en ophalen. Vooraf betaald omdat de chauffeur geen geld retour kon geven. Nadat we opgehaald waren en bijna gearriveerd waren werd er plotseling €5,00 op de afgesproken prijs gezet. De deuren van de taxi werden op slot gedaan zodat we niet uit de taxi konden. Er moest eerst betaald worden onder dreigende woorden. Opvallend was ook dat het contact snel via WhatsApp ingesteld werd en niet via de chat functie van InDrive. We voelden ons erg bedreigd en zullen nooit geen gebruik meer maken van InDrive. Het gaat niet eens meer om de €5,00 maar vooral het gegijzeld voelen. Dit alles heeft plaatsgevonden in Sharm el sheikh, Egypte. De naam van de chauffeur is Momemsaad 162. Wees gewaarschuwd en communiceer nooit via WhatsApp.

One of the worst app I've used in my entire life. I downloaded this app with an intention to have an alternative of GRAB or GoJek, but, the e-wallet used for this app (in Indonesia) is a fraud, after you top-up an amount of money, the balance is not updated, and when you download the app, set up a lockscreen pin, and after that you can't use the app anymore somehow because your lockscreen pin is invalid (although it is the same lockscreen pin that I set up). More than that, the driver unilaterally changes the price (to the extend that its too pricy for me, therefore I didn't agree with the price), but the driver said that this is automatically set by the app, and I can't do anything in the app to change the price but to pay a price I didn't agree.

In short, this app is TRASH and FRAUD, and everyone should AVOID this app.

I will never use again in drive app said 107egp driver wanted 1165egp well I sent him packing the driver said the prices in the app are old prices not my problem and he turned up in a scrap car ive scrapped better cars. I got uber instead.

Tive uma experiência extremamente negativa com o inDrive. Fiz uma corrida hoje no valor de R$24 e o passageiro simplesmente não pagou. E o pior: o aplicativo não oferece nenhum tipo de suporte ou reembolso para o motorista. Ou seja, o prejuízo cai totalmente nas costas de quem está trabalhando honestamente.

O inDrive não tem nenhum sistema de segurança ou garantia para os motoristas em casos de calote. Qualquer passageiro pode aceitar a corrida, andar o trajeto todo e simplesmente descer do veículo sem pagar — e o motorista que se vire com o prejuízo. Isso é um absurdo!

Fui informado pelo suporte que a conta do passageiro seria bloqueada e que ele entraria em contato para pagar — mas até agora, nada aconteceu. Ou seja, além de não receber, ainda fico no aguardo de algo que provavelmente nunca vai acontecer.

Não existe um canal eficiente de atendimento, não há transparência sobre as providências tomadas, e muito menos um processo claro para garantir o mínimo de justiça com quem presta o serviço. É como se a empresa lavasse as mãos diante da situação.

Além disso, o aplicativo apresenta muitos bugs, falhas constantes de localização, e instabilidade que atrapalha a operação diária. Mas o ponto mais grave, sem dúvida, é a total falta de respaldo, segurança e valorização do motorista, que é quem sustenta a plataforma.

Um aplicativo que lucra em cima do esforço de quem está na rua, mas não oferece nenhum tipo de proteção ou garantia mínima, não merece confiança e nem recomendação.

I've been using indrive for 3 years now but these past few months the fare rates have increased unreasonably.The app itself was made for safe transport with reasonable and affordable fare.I highly demand that fare rates become affordable again.

Few days before I gave a parcel to a motorcycle rider. I gave the money and also the parcel. he ran away with the parcel .i m trying to contact with the support staff of the Indrive. But their response is zero . Totally disappointed and disgusting services offered by the Indrive. I need my parcel

On 10/6/25 my wife had to catch duronto express from Howrah early morning. I book indrive cab. Driver ask me to cancel booking and pay the same fare.I cancel the booking and avail his cab since we had to catch the train. On arrival at destination driver demand double payment. I refuse his demand but he locked the car door and threat us if we do not pay double he will take us some other area and physically beat us. Being a senior citizen [both] we very much afraid and paid him double fare. Immediately we inform the incidence by app to indrive .Although they assured to resolve the problem now they are asking to contact with driver to resolve the issue. As per my view indrive is very risky service.

Got scammed by one of their drivers in Colombia and they do absolutely NOTHING but making me send them the same information they already have over and over again!
Lazy slobs that don‘t do their job! Hope you don‘t earn a cent more than minimum wage.

A complete fraud and scamsters. They are hiring the drivers with no verifications, you can't connect, you can't rate, you can't mention your experience in reviews anywhere if the driver has done fraud taking advance money online in the name of cab confirmation, before your ride has even started. How can you run a company with no features available, no payment guarantee, enabling drivers doing frauds, taking payments directly, then they have no show, and while connecting their support they are clueless with no refunds and no links to share to write about the driver cautioning other prospecting customers should not fall in their trap. A new fraud with probably commision structure, on such a large scale. They don't have GPS too on the ride, think about how much the driver and the ride may go wrong trusting these nasty people who are running a company catching us as preys offering lower rates. DONT FALL IN SUCH SCARY FUNCTIONING OF IN DRIVE THINKING TO HAVE LOWER RATES.

Très mauvaise expérience sur casablanca le 27/05/2025.
Je valide un trajet entre Deroua et casablanca à 128dh. Je monte avec lui et a l'arrivée surprise le prix passe à 200dh. Prk?? Je vous parle pas de la conduite dangereuse et les fraudes au péage. S'il font comme ça pour les événements sportifs à venir je plains les clients.
Ps: le prix d'un taxi et pour la même course c'est 200dh donc au final le taxi est plus sécurisant.

Unjust Device Ban Without Explanation – No Transparency from Support
I have been a loyal user of inDrive and have always followed their terms and conditions. However, I was shocked to find that not only was my account banned, but my entire device was blocked from using the app – without any clear reason or explanation.

I reached out to their support team multiple times, only to receive the same automated message saying the ban was permanent and couldn’t be lifted "for security reasons." No details, no warnings, and no chance to understand what I allegedly did wrong.

This kind of treatment shows a lack of transparency and accountability, and it’s extremely disappointing for a global company to treat users this way. I asked for evidence or a specific reason and received nothing.

If you're considering using inDrive, be aware that your device could be banned at any time, even if you didn’t break any rules – and you won’t be told why.

I hope inDrive improves its customer service and offers real support instead of copy-paste responses.

Indrive is getting worst day by day, I noticed it before Yango we used to get the better and flexible fares, now these days the drivers have registered theirselves in Yango too, so they compare the prices from there before pickup and only pick up either on similar or higher than yango price.
It’s been long I have been using Yango since Indrive is no more better.

I paid $20 in cash to a driver in Panama City for a ride that cost only $7.80. The driver (Eilin Sugey, Gray Hyundai Atos EB7575) didn’t return my $12.20 change and quickly drove away. I contacted support via the app and email but got no response. Please help me get my money back.

Expérience HUMILIANTE – In Driver Algérien est un DÉSASTRE

Une honte. Une insulte au bon sens. J’ai commandé un taxi pour l’aéroport via In Driver Algérien. J’étais en retard, stressé, et leur application était inutilisable : bug de localisation, aucun suivi du chauffeur, zéro assistance. J’ai erré pendant 30 minutes comme un imbécile à cause de leur système pourri.

Un chauffeur m’a finalement appelé de lui-même (merci à lui), et a accepté de me prendre malgré le chaos. On part, et au MILIEU du trajet, ils le contactent pour lui dire de ME FAIRE DESCENDRE AVEC MES VALISES. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’EUX n’arrivaient pas à le localiser. Ils l’ont bloqué sur-le-champ. Et le pire ? C’est MOI qu’ils pénalisent avec une note d’UNE ÉTOILE.

Ils maltraitent les clients, sabotent les chauffeurs, et se lavent les mains de tout. In Driver Algérien est dangereux, irrespectueux et totalement incompétent.

À éviter absolument. C’est une application qui ne mérite même pas d’exister.
