Pretty decent taxi, actually

I can`t fully agree with all the other reviews. Yeah, there are some flaws, but it`s not that terrible. Lately I`ve been using taxis a lot, especially inDrive.
Prices are nice, cars show up on time, and drivers are reasonable. The only hing that bothers me and where I agree with others is the cleanliness of the cars.
Sometimes the handles are dirty, especially on rainy days, and sometimes the smell inside isn`t great, maybe from the car itself or the air fresheners (but maybe I`m just to sensitive). That`s why I`m knocking off 1 star

I like inDrive, but could have been better, of course

For such a high price, they could’ve brought a decent car, but at least I got there quickly though they blasted the rap music so loud that my ears are still ringing

i've been working with indrive for a while and honestly it gets really annoying sometimes.there are decent passengers but some are total nightmare.they're rude,change the destination mid-trip,argue over every cent,and then leave a bad rating.support barely reacts,so you have to handle everything on your own.the app itself is fine,but dealing with such passengers is tough

Terrible Service

This was my last ride with indrive.
I don't want to start my morning waiting for some fck stupifd ass slit forever,then feeling like I'm on a race track and an unsafe driver who's late because of their own errands not mine

I have never used inride in my life. somehow they stole my Wise debit card and charged $92 for a fare, I guess, in Guatemala a county that is unlikely to be big enough to even have a charge that is long enough to support such a fare. Wise is sticking with inride.

The drivers name is Achraf from Kenitra , morocco. As soon as I got out of the car with two children and my baby, I asked him to open the boot so I can get my baby’s pushchair, he drove off!
Went through the app to contact him and he said he’ll return it between 12-2 the next day. When he never showed up I called again but he had blocked me. What sort of a person does that? These drivers are thief’s and dangerous! Stay away from this app. It will go bust conducting business like this. The Moroccan government should take serious action against this company. They did it in Europe against Uber so what’s the probelm with the Moroccan government? Perhaps corruption and backward mentalities!

En Marrakech y Casablanca llegan coches que no son los que remite In Drive Maroc. Otros, la mar de bien y precio que vale la pena.
En la zona de El Aaiun te piden que pongas precio al servicio y nunca es suficiente. En el Aaiun fue un atraco.

Driver offered fare on the app. 6 persons 15 km in Egypt. When he arrived he wanted to get 6 people and driver so 7 people in a 4 seater car. We refused so he offered a second car but the price trebled. Would never use this app again

Muy mala experiencia. Realice una recarga por menos de 10 dólares, para poder conducir y el dinero simplemente desaparecio y no se acredita en mi cuenta. Es inaceptable que una plataforma que maneja dinero tenga este tipo de fallas y no dé respuesta. Solo saben decirte que en 48 horas. 10 días, ya pasaron dos semanas y no son capaces de dar una respuesta. Me siento estafada. Deberían actuar con más transparencia y respeto hacia los usuarios. Son unos ladrones.

I want to share my terrible experience with an InDrive driver who completely scammed me.

The app showed that the driver would reach my location in 5 minutes, but he actually arrived after 45 minutes. During that time, I kept calling him again and again. He kept saying that he was new to the area and didn’t know how to follow the map. I decided to be patient, thinking maybe he was genuinely new and confused.

But when he finally came, he took the money from me and then cancelled the ride right after that! This was a total fraud because the ride disappeared from the app, and there was no proof left that I had paid him.

According to the map, the delivery should have taken 15–20 minutes, but the driver took almost 5 hours to reach. Even after that, he lied multiple times — when I called him after 4 hours, he said he was “on the way,” but clearly, he was not. Later, I found out he even took money from the receiver too, meaning he scammed both sides.

I immediately contacted InDrive support, but there was no proper or helpful response. When I tried again, they only gave me the driver’s number after a long wait. When I called him, he kept making excuses and then started cutting my calls.

This entire experience was extremely stressful. I had an urgent parcel that needed to be delivered on time, and because of this driver’s fraud, I faced unnecessary delay and loss.

I am very disappointed with InDrive. There seems to be no strict verification or action against such drivers. I trusted this platform, but after this incident, I completely lost confidence in their service.

I request the InDrive team to take strict action against that driver immediately and improve their customer support system. If they fail to do so, I will make sure to report this fraud case on every platform possible so others don’t face the same issue.

Until something is done, I will never use InDrive again and I strongly advise everyone to be careful when booking through this app.

I had a terrible experience with InDrive. One of their drivers scammed me, and the support team didn’t help properly. It’s really disappointing that such fraud can happen on this platform. I trusted InDrive, but now I’ve lost confidence in their service. Be careful — always double-check your fare and driver details before starting your ride!

I had a very bad experience with InDrive support.
I lost my phone in the driver’s car during a trip in Casablanca (25 September 2025, 8:40 AM, Peugeot 208 white, plate starting with A-6, price 36 MAD).

I provided all the details (date, time, price, route, vehicle, phone number linked to my account) and explained clearly that my problem is about a lost phone, not my account.

Unfortunately, the support team did not help me at all. Instead, they just closed the case quickly and asked me to leave feedback, without solving my issue.

This is very disappointing and shows a lack of responsibility. I expected real assistance to contact the driver and recover my phone.

The driver drove us straight into a worst nightmare of traffic Driver showed up,but maaaan,like 20 minutes late.Then took the worst possible route straight into crazy traffic.Honestly,whole ride was just a headache. Wouldn't call that's a good experience at all.

Hier, 29 août, j'ai commandé un taxi. Je lui indique le chemin qui n'est pas identifié par Waze il le prend mal et appelle une connaissance à lui en haut parleur et cause durant tout le trajet à voix haute. Arrivée au carrefour, le feu est rouge et le monsieur accélère quand même jusqu'à se trouver sur la voie du bus et bloqué par les voitures de l'autre côté. Je lui reproche sa conduite, il me dit de la fermer, "tais toi, ferme là c'est mon taxi et je fais comme je veux, avec ton odeur de noir" ! Dès qu'il me dépose, ik continue en langue locale avec de grands gestes. j'ai poser l'argent sur la caisse et je suis descendue choquée rapidement et effrayée. La portière restant ouverte. Il est descendue, s'est mis à me lancer des cailloux devant mon travail et à m'insulter à tel point que les vigiles l'ont chassé en le traitant de fou. Pour rentrer j'ai du appeler mon mari car j'étais effrayée d'une telle agressivité.
Après la grosse déception vient des gestionnaires de l'application qui m'ont appelé après ma plainte en ligne mais rien n'a été fait, Nada. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet application. J'ai souvent eu de bons chauffeurs mais des moins gentils aussi. Mais lui était pire et vous n'aurez aucun soutien.

J’ai réservé un transfert via l’application InDrive à Alger. Le chauffeur a accepté la course, mais après cela, plus aucune nouvelle.
Aucun message répondu, aucun appel décroché, même en l’appelant directement via l’application.
Résultat : perte de temps, organisation complètement perturbée, et une déception totale.

Pour une plateforme de VTC censée offrir un service fiable, c’est inadmissible.
Aucun suivi, aucun support efficace pour résoudre le problème, et une expérience client désastreuse.

Je déconseille vivement cette application à toute personne recherchant un service professionnel et sérieux.

Attention, c'est une application qui n'est pas du tout sécurisée : à deux reprises de suite la voiture commandée n'est pas celle qui arrive. J'ai demandé à supprimer l'application juste après. A fuir!
