Very bad experience with those people are so much froud don't use this app and drivers they are so much froud

The app works and I can usually find a ride but the experience depends too much on the driver sometimes everything is smooth other times the car arrives late or the ride feels rushed it's usable just not always comfortable

Drivers are unprofessional, cancel very last minute. In convenience to find another ride last minute, delay.

The Indrive car was old and clearly worn out! At times, it seemed like the brakes and other systems weren’t working properly, and I was worried the car could break down during the ride. I even tried to file a complaint, but there was no response or help from the service. It’s terrible and unpleasant

Dicen que te permiten negociar el precio. La verdad es que sucede esto: 1. apetece un monito que te parece elevado. 2. Tu propones un monto inferior. 3. Chofer te hace una propuesta. 4. Te aparece la propuesta pero con un temporizador que te da 10 segundos para aceptar o rechazar. 5. La cifra de la propuesta del chófer es pequeña y está entre otros datos.. 6. Aceptas para no perder la carrera. 7. Al final te das cuenta que tienes que pagar más. Conclusión. Antes de tomar taxi pregúntale al chófer cuánto te va cobrar para confirmar el precio. Indrive siempre te vaa poner un temporizador para aprovechar de tu apuro.
Y como es una super empresa tecnológica no tienes ante quien quejarte.

Got the app in Hurghada Egypt for transport around the city and possibly to Luxor. From Airport to Sheraton Road the app suggested 76 EGP. The driver arrived in 5 minutes. On arrival he said the ride would cost 500 EGP. After some negotiation we were at 200 EGP so we got in the car and started the drive. After 100 meters the driver demanded we pay for the airport entrance fee. Also he demanded to cancel the ride inside the app. Which i was not comfortable with. Also i asked again about the price inside the app which he excepted first? Long story short, he stopped and started shouting "get out!!" Which we gladly did... never again!

I've been driving with indriver for quiet a while a year and a half and honestly it ain't bad at all the app's chill rides come in steady if you hustle but but overall it's a solid gig you can make

I’ve used inDrive a few times now, and honestly it hasn’t been great. The app itself works, but the rides aren’t always reliable — sometimes you wait too long or they cancel last minute. A few drivers I got were reckless, speeding or not following the navigation properly, which made the trips stressful. The in‑app navigation also seemed off, and we ended up getting lost more than once. When I tried reaching out to support, they didn’t really help much. It’s not the worst service out there, but you definitely have to be cautious and patient if you’re hoping for a smooth ride.

inDrive has honestly made my daily commutes easier, I like that I can find a driver quickly, even at odd hours. The cars are usually okay, and the drivers are professional. But during peak hours, it takes a while to get a response from drivers. I get that everyone’s busy, but it is frustrating when I’m in a hurry.

Dozens of indrive vehicles in the vicinity, alot of views from drivers but no one accepting. Since when is it the other way around that the driver chooses the passenger???

The inDriver concept is cool. It's often cost-effective. When everything goes smoothly, it's the cheapest way to get somewhere, without any of those prices.

As for what I dont like - the cars are a total lottery. You might get a decent one, or you might get a total wreck. There's no quality control, and the support is questionable, plus I dont have time to chat with anyone anyway.

In short. If you need to save money and you're willing to spend time dealing with drivers and waiting around, then inDriver will do. It has potential, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

So far, my experience with indrive has been mostly positive.i like being able to choose my driver,that's something other app don't let you do.The only thing is sometimes pickup location on the map is NOT very accurate and i have to call the driver to clarify the spot or walk to meet them, but on the bright side, there's no waiting fee

Hey guys, perhaps you should pay more attention to your errors. Maybe it's worth sometimes listening to customers and changing something. I'm not a picky person. They got me there fast, and for that, thanks, but sometimes the ratio of car quality to price leaves much to be desired. Some cars are so dirty... is it even pleasant for the drivers to be in such a car?? I'd like to point out that your car is your face.

Audicity is their second name.They demand double fare when you are already in the middle of the trip and say they will drop you off for the price shown in the app.I'm paying anyway, already running late because of the long wait for another one.The price in the app seems to be used just to lure the customer ! I don't recommend it at all.

been drivin with indrive for a few months now and gotta say… it’s alright, but man, some stuff is straight up annoying. rides come, but not always when u need em, and some passengers be straight up crazy cancel last sec, argue bout price, or just stand there like nothin happened. nav on the app be glitching too, makes u get lost sometimes. support? meh, slow as heck. not terrible, u can make cash, but gotta have patience and keep ur cool

Communication between the client and the driver is just disgusting. Their waiting time never matches what is stated, and there is no way to switch a driver because they will still charge the money. I feel a bit sorry for the drivers, but their company is on the most miserable level. Even that idiot Uber is more expensive, but their service is much better in this regard. I’m stopping using this app. I’m fed up. I advise you to do the same

First time using - and the last. Price quoted for ride between two hotels in hurghada was 131egp... But could raise to 160 for better car. Or give an offer at any price. I entered 200, in order to ensure quick service and got a confirmation. However, within minutes,he'd messaged me directly to say that it would be 850. Ended up offering 400 but he insisted on 500 minimum. However, he wouldn't cancel, therefore I couldn't use anyone else. Then when I cancelled myself (he then didn't look bad) and tried to rebook with 400egp, he kept making offers of 500egp+, presumably to stop others from offering .i eventually got a driver who took 30 mins to arrive... Whos car had no seatbelts, and drove like an absolute maniac whilst playing loud local music. Mind blowing. Avoid
