Booked a ride yesterday-driver seemed tired when he arrived and drove a bit recklessly.
Made me think twice about safety.

Car had a strong cigarette smell and windows wouldn't roll down. Driver wasn't very understanding when i mentioned it

App glitched and charged me twice for the same ride.
Contacted support but only got automated replies-refund took over a week.
I hope they improve response times.

Driver was on his phone watching videos most of the ride and ran a red light.when i asked him to focus,he got annoyed.not the safest experience

Ordered a ride and the driver accepted but didnt move for 15 minutes.when i called,he just said cancel it and hung up.support wasnt helpful either-couldnt reach a real person.frastrating when this happens,but overall the app works okay most of the time

This is the worst app to use.
The driver wasted my time; I waited for this driver for over 1 hour, this guy didn't show up. Instead, he clicked on waiting time.
I called him twice but he didn't pick his call.

Driver collected package. The client did not pay him. He has my package and refuse to return it unless I pay his petrol money. Opened a theft case against him.

I booked a courier parcel. The rider picked up the parcel and then cancelled the ride. When I contacted support, there was no option to speak to a human. The AI said they are working to resolve the matter.

This app is a scam! Booked ride to Cancun Airport with a driver Irvin at 3 am. The booking was done 3 days ahead. I confirmed with him 6 hours before pickup. He responded that he will be there. Than cancelled at 2 am. And stopped responding. I was stranded at 3 am at the resort. Irvin is a scam driver and even did not apologize or help to find someone else. The app doesn’t take responsibility for such behaviour so not point to use it as toooo risky.

I often use for work. inDrive helped me many times when I needed to travel quickly between meetings or appointments. The drivers usually arrive on time as agreed, so everything is very ok lah, no long waiting.

One time, I was running late for an important meeting, and the driver arrived earlier than expected and chose a faster route - very helpful. I arrived on time without stress.

I have not had any issues with payment or routing. This is a dependable and convenient service that I feel comfortable using regularly. I would recommend it.

Sugerencias. Fijar tarifas, no permitir negociación de tarifas entre conductores y pasajeros, la negociación da lugar a que los conductores se amafien para elevar los precios, también da lugar retraso en el servicio; otra sugerencia es mejorar los modelos del parque vehicular y que estén en buen estado. Aclaró que soy usuario de las aplicaciones de transportadoras como esta, acabo de cancelar la solicitud del servicio por lo expuesto arriba, preferí viajar en autobús. De pire en pire, une catastrophe. C'est pas des chauffeurs, mais des chauffards. De plus , bcp arrivé avec leur ami dans ma voiture. Et très mal poli , je ne recommande pas cette application.

I had one good ride with no problems, but other times it felt messy - long waiting and sudden cancels. Feels unfinished. A few good rides with normal drivers. But other times drivers cancel or take too long, so you never know how it will go.

C est horrible c est application il vous demande de surenchéri la course mais il vienne pas on a attendu 1 heure et toujours rien c est malheureux il on pas pitié dj personne a mobilite réduit on attendait sous la pluie

Overall, my experience with Indrive has been very good.The app is easy to use, fares are reasonable,and I like that I can negotiate they price instead of accepting fixed rates. Most drivers are polite and professional,and rides are usually available on time. Sometimes there are small delays or limited availability,but nothing major. With a few improvements, it could easily be a 5-star service.

Uso muy seguido esta plataforma yo pongo mi precio y muchos me lo aceptan. Pero no voy a aceptar que la aplicación imponga un precio
Mínimo. Por ahora prefiero caminar

My experience with inDriver is kinda 50/50.I often compare prices across different apps and choosing the right one depending on the situation
I’m a regular taxi user ,so to speak .I use the same apps in different countries,on trips and for travel .sometimes inDrive is my go to app ,sometimes other services are my go to
P.S .I’d also like to point out that the one -star reviews posted here are not constructive and don’t reflect reality .The inDrive app can’t have a bad rating ;they all work roughly the same
