Recently contacted the company to inquire about cleaning carpets in an older property. Scott responded very quickly & politely. Scott was quick to come out to the house to assess the job and quoted what I felt was a very reasonable price. Shortly thereafter Scott & Kyle came out to clean the carpets. I'm pretty sure the carpets had never been cleaned & had the added challenge of dog hair. Both lads worked diligently and with good humour. You can tell they enjoy their job and take pride in doing it well. It's made a big difference in the property and I would have no hesitation in using Scott's services again. Thoroughly recommend.

11/10 service done a absolute amazing job on my carpet I though it was going to have to be replaced due to the mess from the dogs but Scott and his team brought my carpet back and it looks like it's just been laid! Definitly recommend and will definitly use them again!

can't recommend in & out carpet doctors enough! our rug has been brought back to life after having a good deep clean, it smells amazing too. They explained everything and have revived my carpets removing cat stains as well .

Had my carpets and sofa cleaned. They turned up on time. Was very professional and approachable at all times. Removed stains I thought would never be gone. Would recommend them highly and very good price.

Had Scott in to the flat to carry out cleaning on the stairs and the upstairs carpets the house is smelling amazing with the fragrance used and the carpets are back to there old fluffy quality from when they were new. Will have Scott back at my property his attention to detail was spot on and he respected the property aswell.

Absolute Legend!

When our Shi Tzu went Shi Tzu on our cream-coloured, woollen carpet. Scott showed up, out of hours and at short notice and meticulously dabbed the wool repeatedly until the stain was lifted. Didn’t expect it to be fully removed but Scott managed it.

He takes great pride in his work and will tell you straight what he can or cannot do. Top service and no doubt it won’t be my last call to him
