Asolutley the worst company on the…
Asolutley the worst company on the market. I specifically asked them to increase the size of my design. They did not do that and now they blame me for the issue. What company would print a design on something so small that no one can read it. I have been trying to get a resolution but I am getting no where.
I have asked to have a manager or the CEO contact me, but I get the same customer no service reps.
Unbelievable.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! They helped recreate my original photo and made sure every detail was just right so the finished item would come out perfectly. They were patient, helpful, and wonderful to work with. I’m so pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them!

Incompetent company with amazing excuses …
This company shows highly rated reviews on many sites but I’m convinced they are paid for. I preordered samples of a shirt before making a bulk order. Chest placement in the logo was too low and too wide on the XXL shirts. I corrected this by noting it in my second order, a bulk order, after receiving the sample and asked them specifically to pull the chest logo in 1 inch towards the center point of the collar from 5.5 inches to 4.5 inches. Well 1 bulk order later I received the shirts and no change had been made. They screwed up and advised they made no mistake. I actually planned on spending over 7000.00 over the next two months for multiple shirt designs I needed to order. Super glad this happened on the first order so I’m not dealing with it with multiple orders. This company is a joke and I truly don’t know how they are in business with the level of customer service they have. Their excuses are absurd. Different sizes dictate placement. Yes but I specified i was wearing a xxl and the chest placement, 5.5 inches away was too low and too wide. Bulk order arrives. Same size, same placement. Seriously. I don’t know what goes through their heads with these excuses but with enough reviews showing the true customer service offered, and not the paid reviews, customers will be able to make up their own mind on wether to avoid them or not. Truly amazing.

Ghosting me after a missed delivery date
I was promised a guaranteed delivery date of 5/13. It is now 5/19. It says my order is still in production. Customer service can't help, I'm been calling for days with no response other than "we're waiting to hear back from production."

Working with this Imprintnow.com was the worst experience. The quality of the product i order from them was absolutely horrible. Save your money, and avoid this company! I would not give them even 1 star.
