It took way to many people and too much confusion because each time we had or made contact with you, it was a different person "checking on it." Not a good experience. End product, just ok and we couldn't get a resolution on our badges with photos. Have to go somewhere else.

The customer service department is the best!!
The customer service department is awesome. They answered all my concerns and questions in a very timely manner. I also had to change my final approved mockup that they sent me and had no problem getting the image sent back to be changed. It was a very nice experience and I will use them again. Thank you!

They fixed my mistake with ease
I didn't realize I had not submitted a high res image for them to produce as a banner, so I was very pleased that their customer service reached out to offer this recreation for me at no additional charge. The banner (backdrop for our podcast) is just what we hoped it would be. Highly recommend imprint now!
