Ordered from the north of Ireland. Was hesitant due to the reviews here, but I cannot recommend iHeartRaves enough! The two pairs of hot pants arrived within 2 weeks of ordering, both are fantastic quality. Thank you!!✨

Les tenues sont superbes sur ça rien à dire. Par contre 1) les produits sont fabriqués en Chine donc pas top, 2) ne vous fiez pas aux délais de livraison indiqués sur leur site, il est écrit qu'il faut compter environ 10j pour se faire livrer en France or j'ai reçu ma commande 1 mois après

Clothes are cheaply made and not what is described in the store/listing. Very unsatisfying!

Fast delivery for my event and the sizing was spot on.

Es dauerte über einen Monat, bis sie Bestellung ankam. Viele Artikel waren dann als Rücksendung ausgeschlossen was bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich war.

They sell fake Anthony Wang knockoffs. False advertising. I specifically requested a FULL refund with paid shipping, and STILL shipping was deducted. So I paid for shoes that were not real, and still lost money returning them. What a freaking scam. Horrible.

Ordered the get crazy bodysuit, upwards of $50 dollars and the garter belt had a broken strap out of the bag and another broke on the thigh garter a before I could even leave the house. Super poor quality, and not worth the price at all.
It also seems to be impossible to write a review directly on the website, which is just bad customer service.
Been a loyal customer of there’s for two years but not buying from there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a top nearly 3 weeks ago for an event the weekend just gone and it’s still not arrived. I’ve written to iheartraves 3 times and not even had the courtesy of a response.

It is obvious that the items from this website are cheaply made and extremely overpriced. Sunglasses and alien garters came broken and damaged. I don't want to bother returning because all they offer is store credit and you have to pay to return.

I ordered several outfits from them. One I wanted to wear to an event taking place 2 weeks after I placed the order. The order took longer than 2 weeks to get to me, so I didn't even get to wear the outfit I purchased to the event I purchased it for. I reached out to them several times and they were very unhelpful and clearly did not care. Once I finally got the order, one thing I purchased didn't fit. I asked if I could return it and they said yes for store credit and sent me instructions. I followed all instructions, paid for return shipping on the product I already paid for and sent it back to them. Now they claim they didn't get it. So I am out the product that I paid for and shipping times two! I have continued to reach out to them and they will not send my item back, refund my money, or give me store credit. So they have STOLEN from me!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

They said my wife won their GIVEAWAY... Not that she lost the actual giveaway she signed up for and instead was getting a crappy consolation prize for some other giveaway she didn't sign up for, and in which we've since read the terms of and ya she didnt do anything to enter the contest they now claim we won instead. That isn't winning the "GIVEAWAY". Went from excited thinking we were getting these tickets to feeling lied to.

They also said in order to win, the winner needed to comment on this Instagram post and also agree to allow themselves to be tagged if they won, but now they claim a random person they can't tag, is who won but can somehow tag everyone else that didn't actually win. They also claim in the official terms that the ONLY (in all caps) way someone would be notified is through social media so to watch out for being tagged.

The tickets they tried to give us are $25 a piece and in Los Angeles, a show so cheap that they know nobody is flying out for, and honestly even if I still lived in LA would not go 🤣 These are the types of tickets they give away for free on the street just to fill the venue and sell drinks... It's honestly pathetic they would even think someone would be happy to be told they won them, and tag them on social media like a show pony who won the grand prize, when instead the entire thing was a bait and switch, given these facts.

I don't believe for even a second someone actually won these imagine festival tickets that iheartraves advertised. And even if someone did what y'all did by parading my wife around with a generic "you won the giveaway" to "you actually get worthless tickets" is intentionally deceiving, and bad business.

This is the same company as emazing lights. They knowingly sold defective products to get rid of remaining stock then closed down that brand so they could refuse to honor the "lifetime warranty". Everything this brand sells now is readily available on cheap Chinese websites such a a wish and AliExpress for roughly %5 of the cost. DO NOT suport these horrible people.

Ordered a bunch of items which all arrived intact and the quality and condition of the items were perfect! I’m from Australia so I had to wait about 1 month for the parcel to arrive, but iHeartRaves shipped on time and were very helpful and quick to respond when I sent my enquiry about the whereabouts of my package.

Items are also true to size according to the measurements they provide on their website and depending on whether the material is stretchy or not, you may want to consider sizing down one size.

Will definitely be ordering more items in future! Will just need to allow more time than I expected for them to get here :) <3 Thanks for everything iHeartRaves!

GREAT customer service!!! I literally forgot to put one of the pieces I was returning along with the other clothes I returned. They gave me a free return label to mail back that piece:)

I didn't receive my order and had to find new clothes to wear and when I contacted them about my order they didn't help very much, they said the best they could do would to be issuing me store credit. However I don't need to purchase anything else from the site as I needed it that day and wasn't able to wear it.

Ordered two items from iheartraves. They shipped quite fast. However, the one item was not as described. What it showed in the picture and what was in the description was NOT at all what I received. When I sent a cordial email stating that, the only response I got was about how to return. And the return process is a hassle and you pay for it. Its like they knew they are selling items not as described and if someone notices, you gotta go through the hassle of returning which most won't. This company uses their unique products to lure people. Beware!

I ordered a leviwand from them a while ago. It took a while for it to arrive because I live in Sweden, but it was so good! I love my flowy wand so much, for such a good price as well! Would order platforms from them too but the shipping was too expensive.

I love this site. I ordered 4 items in one package from this seller, and everything arrived in reasonable time (during Covid), and entire order was correct and as pictured. The clothes r very cute, and everything is so cheap it’s ridiculous. Have ordered more from them since :)
