Do not pass this site up! Amazing
Amazing site! The support is very responsive. We were getting close to the date of flying to Miami for the EDSEA voyage and I was really nervous our stuff was not going to be here in time. IEDM staff assured me our stuff would get delivered in time, they kept emailing to check in to see if we received anything yet. I will be doing business with IEDM again! Our stuff made it 3 days before we flew to miami.

They have an amazing collection of EDM gear! Too much to choose from some times lol. High quality materials and vibrant colors that don't fade in the wash. Customer service is responsive and kind. Delivery is fairly quick but always order well in advance if youre looking for an outfit for an upcoming event.

I purchased 1100.00 worth of clothing back in May 2025. It's now October and I still haven't received my hoodies.
The pants look ridiculous without the hoody.
This company is horrible and I will be posting this on all my social media accounts that I have over 1 million subscribers. Say goodbye iEDM because we're going to put your company out of business for good if I don't receive my order.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the lack of communication from our side. The past few months have been incredibly difficult for our team. Our long-term manufacturing partner, who we worked with for 11 years, stopped fulfilling orders in mid-May after relocating to Mexico. This left us with a severe operational backlog, leaving us with thousands of pending orders and an inbox immediately saturated with customer follow-ups and inquiries.
We are now working with a new manufacturer and gradually returning to our usual operations. The missing hoodies have also been shipped last week and is now in transit for delivery soon. The same goes with the rest of your order. You should have them real soon.
Again, we apologize for your poor online shopping experience with iEDM. The recent delays and customer service wait times were completely unsatisfactory on our part. We will look to improve in every way possible going forward from here.

It took 2 months to receive my order and when I finally did receive it it wasn't what I ordered . Nobody ever answers customer service and they never give refunds. They suck

False Advertising + Refund Never Sent + Ghosted by Support.
Ordered three pairs of shorts. It wasn't until after the order is placed that they tell you that they're outsourcing their manufacturing, and when I got them they clearly did not match the photos. I've ordered shorts here before and the difference is night and day so I returned them for a refund over two weeks ago. Their support team has been ignoring all of my emails too so this feels like false advertising and are literally just stealing my money too at this point. Don't give them your business.
