I needed an urgent repair to my IPad. Owing to the terms and conditions of the Covid-19 crisis, I emailed ICorrect, last night, requesting an appointment asap. I received a very charming and polite email the following morning from Ricky. He invited me to visit the premises with the damaged IPad and to indicate an estimated time. In less than and hour, I was greeted by Ricky who explained the process and how no security of iPad would be compromised. He advised that the IPad would be ready in around 2 hours time. Sure enough a text was received well within the deadline. The work on my IPad was wonderful - it looked brand new. I am extremely grateful for the high standard of workmanship and professionalism of this highly recommended outfit. Impressive!

Amidst the current covid crisis, I dropped off my iphone SE with the dreaded black screen and collected it a couple of days later, fully restored and fighting fit. Following their diagnostic service it needed more than just the battery I was led to believe by the scallywag who sold it to me. The guys are very helpful and professional, their repair price very reasonable and the guarantee reassuring. My grateful thanx and another recommendation.

Superb service - they picked up my iPad Mini at midday, checked it, replaced the screen and returned it by 4pm. It's now like new - cannot get better than that and at a very reasonable price.

Really professional, courteous and speedy fixing. Was picked up and delivered via courier. Gabriel explained everything and kept me updated through out. They have been brilliant!

Had a Screen replacement. Was told something with logic board needed to be repaired. Eventually lost all pictures and videos because according to them it was a ghost phantom issue on touchscreen they installed. What a load of bull. Lost all videos of my kids first steps, first bites, first words. I told them the phone was worth nothing but the contents were important to me. They assured me nothing would be deleted and would still be accessible. It’s ok if you want to minor work and get ripped for doing it cause of their location but don’t trust them with logic board repairs etc or even changing screens unless you don’t care about the memory

Repaired my iPad and returned it to me in the week prior to Xmas’19. Sent back in March under repair guarantee and returned within a week. Phone calls are answered promptly, in a courteous, friendly manner that inspires confidence. Highly recommended service.

Very good service. They changed my battery in 30 min, as promised. I’ve been using my old Iphone 7 without any problems since. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t hear anything on the phone unless I was on loud speaker which was not ideal for walking around/public transport. Went to I correct and they fixed it the same day. No issues since, I can hear everyone clear as a bell!

I have used a number of companies in the last few years but this is easily the best and will return here next time I need a repair. Helpful, friendly and efficient.

Urgent same day laptop screen repair my experience of iCorrect was a quick well organised one and the laptop screen still works perfectly.

Tuesday Genius bar informed me iphone irreparable.
Today within 1 hour Gabriel fixed it.
Charged me £40.
True story.

You could not trust this place for repairing your phone!
They reset my phone and delete all information on my phone without asking me!
They have diagnmosticed my phone in 4 days instead of 24H and every day they said different word.
Finally they said they need to replace the main board and it cost me 140 pound that other shop confirmed the mainboard is fine and the problem in in charging point!
They are not professional in this area and they are not professional in business also.
You will not receive any receipt that you hand over your phone to them. you do not any evidence that they destroy your phone!
The phone came back to me in the situation that case did not fixed properly, some screws missing and also some screw missing or badly fixed inside when we open the phone!!
No response to any Email and they are untrusted company!!!!
