Spoke to these guys Monday morning regarding getting 3 of our kids iPad batteries replaced, they told me to send them straight in and I posted them in the same day, they arrived with them Tuesday and they had them tested and the batteries replaced and posted back out on Wednesday and they arrived with me early on Thursday, outstanding.

All ready for our 1,500 mile trip this coming weekend.

I had such a good experience using icorrect. I stay in Scotland and there isn’t any decent providers who can offer a repair service like they do! I choose to send them my phone and they were awesome communicated with me the full time updating me thro the progress

My cat bit my work lap top, boy was I worried about getting fired. I fessed up and my boss called around several companies to get the screen fixed. Either they didn't have the correct size in stock or we were told it would take up to 3 weeks to fix. Got an appointment at iCorrect in half an hour from speaking with Meenah, she calmed me down and assured me it could be fixed and would be ready for collection the next day. Perfect, thank you so much Meenah, my lap tops good as new and still in my job. Definitely recommend the Margaret Street brand, super kind and very efficient.

Saved me a full iPhone replacement at the apple store! Apple said I needed a new iPhone it was only my camera cover which was broken. Had it repaired at icorrect in a few hours.

had an iPad battery repair, very friendly and fairly quick. Had a problem with bluetooth not working properly after coming back, but they took it back in, fixed and sent it back by courier. Great service even with a slight bump.

I recently had my iPhone 7 repaired. I dropped the phone in with various voice connectivity problems, these were quickly sorted and I picked it up a few hours later. Unfortunately a week or so later the phone was not happy so I dropped it back into them, again problem solved quickly and all has been well since.

I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and the service 1st rate and at I consider a fair price.

I believe a good marker is how you are treated when there is a problem and here they excelled. Also, when I asked if any further payment was due I was told certainly not as per their warranty.

I would certainly recommend and will use them again if needed.

Excellent quick service. Sent in a motherboard to be repaired. The fault was diagnosed quickly and fixed within a quick timescale and returned securely packaged.

1st class service. Had a 2 & half year old iPad Pro 12.9” that wouldn’t charge. Took to Apple who said all they could offer was a replacement like for like (ie. Gen 3) at a cost of c£600+. Found iCorrect online with seemingly good reviews. Thought I’d use as worth a punt but so glad I did as they repaired my iPad within 3 days (including courier pick up & return) - all for £120. Excellent communication, excellent courier service and most important of all an iPad as good as new for a lot less! Highly recommend.

My 6yo MBP required battery service and because it was out of warranty I decided to bing it to Icorrect for service. Requesting an appointment was straightforward and easy to book online. Probably I was very lucky to have it repaired on the same day. The cost of replacing the battery may sound spiked but this gave a new lease to my laptop for a few more years. Very happy with icorrect!

Great service. I booked an appointment online at 11pm. Took my iPhone in at 10.45 the next morning. In 2 hours the home button was replaced and the phone is working again. And it was much less expensive than I feared. Great job. Friendly staff.

What a find, went in with a problem with my iPad found the staff helpful and reassuring,they returned my iPad back to me within a day fully functional.

Really good customer service. Picked up my Apple Watch within 30 minutes, fixed by the next day and couriered back to me (for a small charge). Expensive but totally worth it, especially given the current situation! My watch looks brand new.

The service from I correct was absolutely incredible. I sent my broken phone off from the South West to London Monday evening and it was sent back to me perfectly restored by Wednesday morning. I correct was officiant, helpful and reliable. I haven’t had a working phone for over a year and a half. Meaning I couldn’t talk to friends and family over the phone or listen to music. Thanks to ICorrect I don’t have to fork out hundreds of pounds for that luxury!!

Diagnosed my dead iPad Pro 12.9 inch. 1st gen and replaced the battery within a matter of days.

Strong communication and service throughout! Apple refused to offer any in store assistance or support and suggested I purchase a new £800 device. 10/10.

Great, fast and efficient service and great price.
