At Live Well Weight Loss, we understand that achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is a complex journey influenced by various factors, including biology, lifestyle, and individual circumstances. Traditional weight loss methods often fall short, with studies indicating that 95% of individuals who rely solely on diets regain the weight within a year. Additionally, genetics play a significant role, accounting for up to 80% of weight-related challenges. Fad diets and extreme workout regimens can lead to yo-yo dieting and metabolic slowdown, while generic, one-size-fits-all approaches fail to address the unique needs of each individual. Recognizing these challenges, Live Well Weight Loss offers a smarter, science-backed approach to weight management. Our program features clinically proven treatments like Mounjaro (Tirzepatide), which effectively regulates appetite to support sustainable weight loss. Our team of expert independent prescribers ensures that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, prioritizing safety and efficacy. As a GPhC-registered pharmacy, we adhere to the highest standards of compliance and care, providing you with a service you can trust. Our mission is to empower you to take control of your health and boost your confidence. We recognize that weight loss is a personal journey, and we are committed to guiding and supporting you every step of the way. By focusing on long-term results rather than quick fixes, we help you achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Reliable and affordable
Always respond, if any delays will reply straight away too. Clear easy process, consistent price compared to others that finding offers on others has meant I haven’t strayed from these guys as they have been consistently reliable and affordable. Just wish could use different delivery option than royal mail as they have caused the delays each time.

I have called to ask for re found and been told it it will take up to 5 working days so all together holding my money for almost 2 weeks and didn't supply anything. This is not right refund can be process much faster then that it takes companies to return money FOC 24 h max this days- I feel scammed as they are holding on to my money for such a long time for no reason.

Uopfordret anmeldelse
Besvarelse fra Live Well Weight Loss
Dear Joanna,
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way and understand how frustrating it is when an order cannot be supplied.
Once our clinical team confirmed that we were unable to fulfil your prescription, a refund was arranged. Although we can initiate a refund promptly, it can take up to five working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. Unfortunately, this processing period is outside our control, and we do not retain the funds during this time.
The “processing” status on your online account may not update immediately after a refund has been initiated, and we apologise for any confusion this caused.
Please contact our pharmacy team directly if the funds have not appeared after five working days, and we will be happy to investigate this with our payment provider.
Kind regards,
Live Well Weight Loss
