My package was stolen and needed help from customer service
My package was stolen after my community mailbox was vandalized. I reached out to Icon Hookah customer service via chat/toll-free number/email trying to gather information on how to go about claiming with USPS and needing some information. No response from chat or toll-free number and the response via email was without answering or providing information needed. Terrible experience.

Great. They now what there doing, but I would like to now about some tobaco refills, and it seems like consultants doesn't really answer any questions. Maybe its because of time difference. Otherwise, great.

Best hookah I've ever had or used
This hookah is amazing, also if you buy one don't forget to get the free gift it helps a ton. For flavors I highly recommend havanah and lemon pie those are my favorites. The shipping was fast and communication wasn't necessary. Packaging was top notch this thing was packaged better than guns I've had delivered.
