Very pleased with the service and product. I accidentally paid for 2 domes (my fault) and it was sorted very quickly without fuss. Product arrived promptly and we erected it with the help of a local handyman which I’d recommend doing particularly for fixing the door and, as in our case, anchoring the dome to a patio. Also recommend making sure there is a clear weather window of 2 days without strong winds which we did. Finally online and phone help was excellent and super quick.

Der Hypedome ist aufgebaut und entspricht genau dem, was man sich vor dem Kauf darunter vorgstellt hatte.
Empfehlen würde ich (trotz des Preises) in jedem Fall eine "port door", denn die bringt ziemlich viel mehr Platz als die Membrane und ist einfach komfortabler als die Reisverschlüsse.
Ebenso sind zwei Fenster das Minimum, wenn man eine ordentliche Luftzufuhr möchte.

Der Aufbau war für uns (2 Erwachsene) durchaus eine Herausforderung. Empfehlen würde ich: die Teile im Vorfeld zu sortieren und die Folie am Rand zu lösen.
Trotz dieser Vorarbeit waren wir zweieinhalb Tage mit dem Aufbau beschäftigt. Wir sind beide keine handwrklichen Profis, aber zum einen dauert es etwas, bis man den Dreh raus hat und zum anderen ist es besser langsam und alle Teile am richtigen Platz als schneller, aber dann Ärger mit der Reihenfolge (die unbedingt einzuhalten ist, sonst wird es nichts).

Der Einbau der "port door", die aus herstellungstechnischen Gründen etwas später kam, dauerte auch nochmal einen Tag (circa 6 Stunden) und ich war heilfroh, als sie in der Waage war und ordentlich schloss.

Resümee: ich möchte den Hypedome nicht mehr hergeben. Das Teil ist einfach genial.
Der Support war einwandfrei und auch unheimlich geduldig - Service wie man ihn sich im Idealfall wünscht.
Hypedome entspricht genau den Vorstellungen im Vorfeld.

I wish my journey had been as seamless as the reviews and install videos suggest. I decided to buy a Hypedome for a family member who needed a private space. It was advertised as 'easy' to assemble. I had a long chat with a rep, and even though I was anxious that the company was in fact in based in Poland, and that there was no team you could call in the UK to help set it up, I decided to go for it. Well... it takes three people minimum: one studying the instructions and peeling endless sheet of plastic from both sides of each panel (that cut your skin) and two drilling. My delivery came without an item that helps keep its shape. They did send over a replacement a week later but that delayed construction. Sadly, my friends, who are pretty good with DIY, installed the port door incorrectly and so moisture comes into the dome. I called the company and asked for help. For the last month, the original person who sold it to me has not responded to emails. The one person who might be able to install it is based in Cheshire and we are down south. Frankly, the whole experience, which cost so much money, has been really disappointing. I would not recommend buying something from a company that cannot provide install support and who requires an international delivery service to get to you. Disappointed by the experience, of which i had such high hopes.

Truly one of the best purchases I've made in my life. I know a lot of people balk at the multi-thousand dollar price tag, but what would you pay to add an additional room to the house (like a guest room or enclosed sunroom)--or even a deck/gazebo? An extra room outdoors, a haven from weather and mosquitoes, is what it's become for me, and more. Try to do all that with a Chinese knockoff "dome" from eBay or Amazon, and I guarantee you'll regret it after a season, but my Hypedome has been amazingly strong and versatile for months now, looking forward to years.

I saw the ads originally on Facebook and became a bit obsessed with the idea. Still, the price tag gave me some trepidation. I did a ton of research online, watching videos of past customers who have had them for years, talking to other real customers on Facebook, and reading the specs on the website. I had a video conference with Mike when I was finally ready--he patiently answered all my questions.

I ended up ordering the Hypedome S in "opal", which is basically translucent white for the 2/3 that is "body" panels and 1/3 totally clear that is "front" panels. I was nervous about the clear being a heat trap (and now I see that was rightfully so), and got 2 windows and a sun sail also. Because I got a discount on their old modular flooring, I had to wait a few weeks. During the wait, I did a lot of work to level and raise the ground in the yard, which involved taking out a circle of turf, laying down hundreds of pounds of sand, and since it was a low point in my yard that could flood otherwise (but I didn't want to build a deck), I raised the level slightly with a product called Hexpave Grid. Then there it came, in a GIANT heavy crate, all the way from Poland.

It was honestly not as fast to build as the website claims. It was exhausting, but I'm proud to say we built it ourselves: just me (a middle aged woman with Lupus) and my 75yo mother, neither of us particularly strong or adept at carpentry. I do love DIY stuff, and the instructions were good. The manual was well-illustrated and for the most part, clear. We built it in 3 days because we're not young and energetic, plus we had to do the flooring; each day was about 7 hours of tiring work--no particular step involved extreme strength or skill, but the process was just tedious, repetitive and awkward around the top panels. Plan this around a string of nice-weather days.

Since completion, I have been steadily adding my own custom mods to it (not from the company). This included my own neon light strip and "chandelier" hanging light, hanging plants (m4 screw bolts with loops can hang anything from the top), solar fan, "skylight", velcro window screens, and magnetic screen door. I got the Hypewall panel sample pack instead of the full set because I didn't want to make it dark like a cave, and I only insulated part of one wall. Now that it's getting colder, I'm making my own clear vinyl insulation panels in a huge project to fully enclose the dome in a transparent double layer.

The dome has been amazing through all these months. I've entertained guests in there, taught my online classes in there (I added a Wifi extender mesh system), taken many naps in the hammock, and spent probably more evening hours watching TV there than in the house. With a rug and lots of furniture inside, it's roomier and more comfortable than I imagined before (it feels roomier than a 12' diameter room since it's round). I have a sofa, 2 coffee tables, a large round papasan chair, a hammock stand, a small drawer, and a big smart portable AC/heater/dehumidifier/fan in there (that I only had to use on the most extreme weather days). I even put a full-sized folding mattress under the couch, so now it sleeps 3 adults.

Not a single leak of water through several HEAVY downpours. Because I raised the base, it survived a storm when my yard (and many neighbors') flooded... although it did make me nervous. I don't even have a problem with condensation, but that may be because I took care to seal the base with membrane + sealant. Sun is a different problem--even though I built in partial shade and I have the opal color, the temps can briefly go over 130F in summer (NJ, Zone 7A) with windows closed; can only imagine if I got the clear one. Getting windows and building in shade are essential. I don't feel like they warn enough about this online--planning the shady location is crucial. The greenhouse effect is no joke.

Overall though, I've been quite happy with my purchase and no regrets. The company has been responsive by email, supportive of my custom mods and experimentation. I'm a real customer, so I'll say that not EVERYTHING worked for me (didn't like the modular flooring, hard to close gaps; returned the sun sail for a curtain, which I loved more--the return was easy), but as a whole, it was a great buy and experience.

We purchase the M size grey panels Hypedome to place on our roof-top terrace to create an extra bedroom/office/workshop space to our flat. The customer service was excellent and Mike helped us along the way with our numerous questions and specific/changing requirements. The Hypedome came in 2/3 days delivery and the quality is exceptional. We built it ourselves - it did take 2 days (16 hours) 2/3 people instead of 10 hours but the instructions are great and with the right patience and attention to detail everything fits beautifully and the dome looks incredible. The benefit of grey panels is that you can see outside from inside the dome but people from the outside cannot see you inside the dome giving it the privacy we were looking for.

I've been a Hypedome customer for a while and purchased the Hypedome S. I had some unique restrictions on where I could place the dome, and the team could not have been more helpful. They provided advice and made sure I was completely happy before and after delivery. We love the dome and use it throughout the year to extend the outdoor season, I really recommend the company and the product.

We were delighted to find just what we wanted for our garden. We had a video meeting with Hypedome in Poland and the we decided to go ahead with the purchase. We advised our large garden was uneven but were advised that the modular flooring would be fine. Goods arrived with no instructions and only when the the flooring instructions were received did we relise whatelse we hadn't received. Customer services were always available and reacted with speed but it was very frustrating waiting for bits to arrive. We ended up sending flooring back and getting coir matting as the even though we advised them serval times about our uneven garden we tried 3 times to lay it (following advise from the company) and when returned they deducted 40% saying it was damaged in transit. Please check the timings of putting it up and how things will pan out. We love the dome but were very dissappointed with the flooring and subsequent loss of monies.
