Just got the Mini Dome, I haven’t put it together yet, however I must highlight that dealing with this company is a pleasure, the level of customer service is outstanding, all the team and especially Simon , who was more than excellent, with his swift responses and being so helpful and knowledgeable .
I look forward to building the done and start using it

I purchased the Hypedome M in July 2025, along with the port door and modular floor base. The product is incredible—you won’t find a more economical structure at this price that can also withstand harsh weather and look this cool. I use it as both an office space and a living room, which has been amazing since I live in a tiny home of 200 sq. ft.; having an additional 200 sq. ft. is fantastic.

Assembly isn’t as easy as building a LEGO set, but it’s a challenging yet doable project for two 30-year-olds. I provided feedback to the Hypedome team and had many questions during the build process, and they always responded with grace and thorough answers. Thank you, Hypedome!

I purchased the Hypedome just over a year ago. Unfortunately, the zip door has proven to be poor in quality, and I was only able to enjoy it during the summer. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the product came with a three-year warranty. However, when I reached out to the company, I was told that the zip door is only covered by a one-year warranty, and they refused to provide a replacement.

It’s disappointing that the customer service team was unable to honour the original warranty information and instead offered to sell me a replacement door.

I got all materials and paperwork well to me. It was a complex task to build the Mini, but doable. Really happy with the result.

The only annoying mistake was that they have sent the wrong door-spacer. So building the dome was much harder without this helping component.
This of course was only discovered by us when we started the building (who thinks of measuring each component before start?). When I mentioned this, they just said they are happy I managed without it... I would have hoped for a bit more.

Besides this, good experience and really good product.

UPDATED: The CEO contactade me and did all things right. What they should done from the beginning. Sent a new, correct one and didn't ask for the wrong one. And they also returned the cost of the product. Well done. 3-star rating.

We ordered a Hypedome for one of our super luxury projects in Spain, in order to use for a spa inside a Medium Hypedome. Everything went fine with the delivery and we received the goods as promissed. When our team of installers started to install the Hypedome, they discovered that the membrane was wrong size, and Nikola Bill at Hypedome said it was an error in the production. As we now talking about a production error I must expect the supplier to correct their mistake without any delay. But what they did was to demand that we needed to send back the wrong membrane (and also be responsible for getting packing the membrane, sending dimensions and also make sure we have staff on site for collection) BEFORE they send the correct one. This caused the project a delay, and as we always deliver on time, we will now have to compensate our customer for the delay of finalization of the project. We also need to re-arrange appointments with the installers for the sauna, massagechairs, icetub etc. I let you as a reader of this review, have your own opinion if my claim on Hypedome, to instantly and with express delivery send a correct membrane, is reasonable or not. In my own opinion it's very poor service, as we are not the one causing the delay. We have got a membrane that is not correct manufactured, and at least we should get a new one instantly/by express. Now Hypedome keep insisting that we need to send the wrong membrane before they send a new one. And they will not accept the cost we have for someone to travel to the project site, to pack the wrong membrane and be there for a pick up. They expect the customer to pay for that cost. And we have done nothing wrong. We have ordered and paid for a product that not has been correct delivered and now Hypedome refuse to correct their mistake until they have the wrong product, and this causes delays and a lot of extra costs and work, that they refuse to pay. What do you think? For me this is an early sign of something being wrong with the management/service policy. 1 star-rating

This is truly an amazing product and company! I called to ask questions and immediately started working with Simon to build my dream dome. Everything about working with Simon was just perfect! Any questions or issues were answered or resolved immediately. I’m thinking about buying a second dome for elsewhere on my property. Don’t hesitate, the dome was worth every penny!!!

Firstly, customer service was amazing! Mike was amazing and was able to answer all of my questions and offer suggestions based on my domes potential location. Shipping was fast and all the parts were packaged with care! The dome itself is amazing! Definitely an eye catching asset to my property. Its like a different world inside the dome. I love it so far!

Bought our HD mini last year. Beautiful product which is still admired by all who pass through the alley behind our garden. I want to thank also to the support team who responded in no time and send the part that I need it the very next day.

Once digested the instructions, read them three times was straightforward to follow, once started you can see your dome forming in front of you.

Although it was not an easy job to assemble, my Hypedome is finally set up. During the processes of shipping, preparation, assembly, and final inspection, I had many conversations with the company's support team. They were always very helpful and promptly addressed every issue. The Hypedome is very beautiful compared to other similar products on the market. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and believe the company deserves a 5-star rating.

Like any product, the Hypedome has a few small issues that need improvement. First, the ground cover (an optional item) does not fit well due to the base not being perfectly round. Second, it’s crucial not to use excessive force when securing the screws, as this can cause cracks around the screw area, which might not be immediately noticeable during assembly. This could happen to first-time customers, but thankfully, the customer support team is quick to replace any damaged panels without hesitation. I hope the company should highlight these potential issues in their manual in order to ovoid problems happened.

The team are incredibly helpful and the product is fantastic. The only reason it's not a 5 is that it takes much longer to build than everything says!

Contacted hype dome on several occasions and every time they have been so helpful at first I thought it was just to keep me sweet but i was wrong no matter who I got on the chat call they all were amazing also on a call a i got from Susan she was a credit to the company

I have had a Hypedome for several years. Recently the door zipper broke - ordering a new one, was easy, the staff are always so helpful. It came on time, and cost less than was expected! Always a bonus to feel you're valued as a returning customer! I am considering a second dome, to use as a solarium - the weather has been so cold, but on sunny days it would be lovely to lounge outside in the garden.

They were always there to help (sometimes in 5 minutes) it is not an easy task to build the Dome itself. But putting time aside is worth every penny! Support was always there to help me and I was happily surprised with the results.

Our Hypedome is hands down the most used room in our entire house - if you've got the space in your garden you shouldn't hesitate in purchasing one.
Before purchasing we happened to go to a restaurant that had them outside which sealed the deal. There was a storm - chairs, tables and signs were being blown down the road - but the trusty Hypedome stood totally unphased, a little island of calm amid the chaos.
Where we live is very windy, but our dome has stood the test of storms and the occasional tornado warning!! (And if you've seen the Hypedome video testing their dome against a 'rival' it's blindingly clear that not all domes are created equal! Might seem more money than others, but I'd say it's worth it for it not collapsing on top of you..)
We've had our dome since the first lockdown, and it's evolved over the years - initially a dining room, but we've since moved it across our garden, added a membrane floor, coir mat, lights and two sunshades and it's serving as a playroom/guest room/glamping pod/yoga space. When you consider the price for an insulated garden room - which wouldn't look a patch on a Hypedome and would cost four (or five?) times more - it's a no brainer. Customer service throughout has been impeccable and everything delivered in a timely manner. We live in a small house, but to be able to have such a special space in the garden has been such a game changer. We've totally abandoned ideas of building extension, when our kids grow up and need more space we'll just buy another dome!

We loved our mini dome so much that we bought another one-the next size up.
We use them as tropical/citrus gardens and it is so lovely to be spending time in there-no rain or wind! It’s also our cat’s favourite spot.

What a wonderful item. It looks great in my garden and is admired all the time.

Since the moment my partner and I got curious about buying the Dome, you have been responsive and patient, even when we missed 2 online appointments to see the showroom. We received the product as scheduled, and the thing I loved the most was the beautifully designed step-by-step instruction package with small, loving details like the colouring and the cleaning kit. Opening our dome package was as delightful as now enjoying our dome. We are not the savviest builders, so, as expected, we experienced some difficulties. Still, after contacting you back for help and receiving a fast, detailed answer, we managed to finish it.
