great products and excellent customer service. I had an issue where the probe was missing due to a restock at their warehouse. I contacted customer service and they had one shipped to me within 2 weeks.
I'm about to build a 20 gal and will be using all of their products.

One of the reviews I read said that it was next to impossible to get replacement bulbs for the 9w UV light I have. I'm not sure what they were talking about because all I did was email Hygger. I got a response almost immediately and the replacement bulbs were in the mail that week. Great customer service and good products if your are not trying to break the bank

The customer support team was outstanding with communication. An item I had ordered was damaged enroute but was quickly replaced after I contacted customer support.

Hygger provided excellent customer service. The original power adapter for my aquarium LED light had an annoying coil whine, which was particularly noticeable at night. After I contacted support, they responded quickly and handled the issue very professionally. They sent me a replacement power adapter, and the new one is completely quiet. I really appreciate the fast response and the effective solution. Highly recommended!

So I purchased from their Amazon store and even though my amazon return window had gone, I emailed them for help with my lights as one of the three stopped working. they were incredibly fast at communication and determined a replacement was the best option, soon I got my new lights in under 3 days after they confirmed the replacement was best.

Customer service is stop notch!

I have bought several heaters from Hygger and while they do have a tendency to not last as long as I would like, the customer service is great. I was able to quickly get a replacement heater free of charge when mine stopped working 9 months after I bought it. Very pleased with the company's willingness to work with you with any issues!

I bought an LED light bracket one of the parts was defective. I contacted Hygger and within 3 days I had the new bracket at my house looks great works wonderful

This thing is very difficult to clean. It is impossible to operate as an HOB UNIT. Once mounted you cant access anything. The drain came pre-jammed. The adjustment for the HOB mounting requires 3 hands and has almost no adjustment. When the main filter needs cleaning it must be removed. The filter media is a bunch of beads that go everywhere if you are not prepared.

I always love the lights and heaters, the lights really help my plants when starting a new tank and reduce the melting by a lot! I got a filter, the usb sponge, to try for the first time and unfortunately it stopped working within a couple of days, but getting a new one sent out was super simple! Ginger from the customer support team was super helpful! The replacement filter works great and I have had zero issues since!

I bought 3 of the HOB canister filters. One was defective. Customer service walked me thru several ways to fix it. When none of those worked, they sent a replacement filter right away. Great communication and stand behind their products. And these filters beat regular HOB hands down. Will buy again.

A part of my aquarium filter was broken on arrival. One quick message to Hygger and a replacement part was send directly to me.
What a great customer service!

Temp sensor schon bei 2 geräte nach 6 monate defect. Kein gutes produkt. Bei Amazon gekauft vor 6 monate und rücksendung nicht möglich. Nachdem Hygger dies gelesen hat bekomme ich sofort Ersatz. Lag wohl an Amazon die keine Rückerstattung vorgesehen hatten.

Amazing Customer Service

My first time ever having an issue with a product was immediately resolved under warranty by hyggers friendly staff. I submitted a claim online and within a day I got an email by from an actual person. The experience was very personable and I felt like I was really taken care of. Excellent job Emma and Tammy!

My gravel cleaner quit working and I could not repair it. Hygger gladly replaced it at no charge.

I purchased a Hygger HG147-1000W with AC 110-120V/60Hz heater for my turtle pond. Unfortunately, the product arrived to me broken. When I installed the heater, it made a constant beeping noise and displayed a code 66 on it.

That same night of receiving the heater on 8/2; I emailed Hygger Customer Support to notify them of the issues and ask for assistance with the next steps. I had to provide them my order details and a video of the flawed heater including an image of my turtle pond.

Two days later on 8/4, I received a message from Hygger Customer Support team stating that a replacement heater was being mailed to me free of charge and to discard the broken heater I had received on 8/2.

On 8/7, 5 days after initial contact with Hygger, I received a replacement heater in working, great condition. Their team even contacted me again on 8/10 to confirm that I received the new product and to make sure it was working properly.

Hygger provided a first class customer support experience for me. Not only were they efficient in response times, but made the process simple and easy, while also providing me a new working heater in just under a week!

I highly recommend using Hygger to anyone who might be considering an online order or concerned with refund/return of items arriving broken.

Hygger went above and beyond! I wish all online businesses treated their customers as Hygger treated me, providing a first class experience for their customers.

I love the quality of hygger products and the prices are competitive with other companies with similar products. But I had to drop my rating because of the delay in getting my purchases shipped. I ordered a sponge filter and heater over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I also ordered 30 shrimp and they were shipped within a couple of days and all arrived alive and well in about 3 days. Don't understand what the hold up is on my other items.

I had an issue with one of my UVB lights. I contacted Hygger on a Friday and explained the issue. I received an email very quickly and was able to figure out how to diagnose the problem . Hygger was quick to respond and was able to help me even on a weekend. Their products have always been well made and the company stands behind them. Highly recommended.
