As a landlord trying to manage all my properties for renting was extremely difficult. Ever since Hyde&Rowe took over it has changed my life. Ivana especially is dream to come true. Ever so professional, fast respond, communication is fantastic. Maintenance costs of the properties been noticeable reduced as I feel Ivana always finds the best solution at great value. My boiler broke down and my garden…
My boiler broke down and my garden fences completely collapse. Tenants had children cold in the apartment! Within hours Ivana managed to resolve the issue and next day my fences were up.

Don't trust this company!
Read all the bad reviews before making them your estate agent. This is an update for my earlier review, it’s the truth and nothing but the truth. Hyde and Rowe has offered me now £2000 for the damage their clients caused my property, this has been on going since 12 December 2021 and has finished all repair etc. On 12th February 2022, but the amount of damage to my property totals in access of £8300+, although my property is back to its original state, the situation regarding monies is still unresolved, this includes back rent still unpaid, lose of rental income, I had to get my own builders and decorators, because they didn't honor the contract in the rental agreement to put the property back to its original state less 20% wear and tear, which is very high for fair wear and tear, and there are unpaid bills their clients accrued, they negotiated with me from £750 then £1500,and finally £2000, I am now forced to have to take Hyde and Rowe to court, and I will win according to the professional advice I have taken, and I have all the evidence need. I shouldn’t have had to take a good honorable company to court?
when I posted my last review, the bad one star reviews which was at 27% of the reviews, now has gone down to 22%? Very Strange.
Hyde And Rowe has caused me great stress, anguish and anxiety, I feel quite ill, if I had had a bad heart, I'm sure I would have died!

Mr Adams we communicated with you on every level possible, however we were not given the chance to rectify the repairs at any point and were told this would cost in excess of £3000? We offered (without any receipts being shown) to pay the amount you requested? We are very confused as to how this has now increased again to the amount of £8300 that you have stated? If a landlord goes into a property to do repairs before telling us the property is empty then we are not able to arrange repairs of any sort and I am sure you can agree if we paid the amount you have suggested above to replenish each property when a tenant vacated we would not be in business hence the reason we have our own maintenance team. We have been very attentive to your needs and it is clear that this was not enough and with the amount you are requesting changing every time you write a review i think you will need to proceed however you feel best to. We are very unhappy this issue has arisen and would like to have come to an amicable agreement, however, this was not made very easy with your demands.
