Extremely disappointing experience with Stellar Security.
I purchased an eSIM for Greece with 20 GB of data valid for 30 days. From the moment I arrived in Greece, the eSIM did not work, despite being correctly configured and connected to the Vodafone network.
I contacted Stellar Security and spent four days trying to get the issue resolved. I followed their instructions, changed the required settings and repeatedly contacted them, but they never managed to provide a working solution.
They eventually told me that a replacement eSIM would be issued. I did not receive it. When I contacted them again, I was told that the replacement request had been submitted again and could take up to 24 hours. That deadline also passed, with no solution.
And this is where the experience became completely unacceptable: the service I paid for never worked, the problem was never resolved, I was not refunded, and after several days they simply stopped responding to my messages.
In other words, I paid for 30 days of mobile data, could not use the service, spent several days trying to resolve the problem, received no functional replacement, received no refund, and was ultimately completely ignored by the company.
This is not an acceptable way to treat a paying customer. If everything works, perhaps there is no problem. But when something goes wrong, my experience shows that you should not expect a meaningful solution or even a response.
Despite the low price I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Stellar Security.

Maybe none of this would have happened if you had simply sent me this information by email in the first place, instead of ghosting me for the last two or three days and completely ignoring my emails.
I believe your response is nothing more than an attempt to minimize the impact of my negative review and present yourselves as a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Unfortunately, that is simply not true.
All it would have taken was a clear and timely response from your side, but instead I was left without a working service and without any meaningful support.

Esim didn't work but they refuse to refund. Bundled VPN ongoing monthly charge that was not wanted with it. Very shady practice. Use another provider. This company's practices are abhorrent

I bought eSIM "Europe (35 areas) eSIM: 4 GB, 30 days" and it was working fine until traffic has ended. While ordering, I activated auto top-up -- it wasn't triggered. I created support ticket -- after 3 days it is still not answered, despite on "Our support team typically responds within 24 hours." commitment. After contact by email, I got the fast response: "We confirmed that Auto Top-Up was enabled, but the attempt failed because no compatible top-up with the same data allowance was available. Your eSIM is now exhausted, and no additional top-up has been processed. We’ve sent this for specialist review to arrange the appropriate resolution. A specialist may reply within 24 hours.". Yesterday I written another email after 24 hours passed -- no response. Meanwhile, at the moment 2 days passed -- no solution.

Manual top-up is much more expensive and I suppose it's a bug with their top-up prices. Moreover, the prices in the iOS application extra more expensive. Very unclear pricing policy, or it's just a bug.

Deceptive checkout, delayed hidden charges, and broken dashboard!
I placed an order in the evening just to buy an eSIM for Italy. Without clear transparency, Stellar Security automatically added a "Stellar Travel Protection" subscription to my cart. I cleared the chek box, but somehow it was added anyway and Then onky on next day i saw that i was charged at 3:00 AM, an unexpected separate charge of €0.49 was processed on my card for this protection, with a scheduled recurring monthly bill of €1.39 to follow.
To make matters worse, when I logged into my account to cancel it, the dashboard displayed "0 Active Subscriptions," making it impossible to cancel through their interface.
Charging customers' cards hours after checkout for unwanted subscriptions while hiding them from the account management panel is completely unacceptable. Beware of hidden fees and check your bank statements carefully!
Update: after email to customer service, they said that subscription was cancelled. Also i want to reply to their reply, as many people i was interested only to purchase cheap esim and not some unnecessary antivirus. And ,yes, the additional unnecessary service by defalt was added and i had to check it out. And because of what happened, the second esim that i needed i bought from another seller and i will never buy from stellar security.

This was a very disappointing experience. I purchased two eSIM from StellarSecurity, but it could not be activated in Peru- Lima, leaving me without service and out of pocket.

What made the situation worse was the customer service. They provided no effective solution and were unwilling to properly resolve the issue or refund my money.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing an eSIM from StellarSecurity.

Hard to tell is it a scam or not. Customer service is so bad and when you give feedback to them, they just reply "i love you"?! Website doesn't work, you can't delete your account. Seems pretty shady business because you can't even find real information about the company from the internet.

So, be careful and dont install any apps from them.

The nonhkip plan page advertised China Unicom / China Telecom, but my eSIM connected to China Mobile and the delivery email specified cmlink / JC091. This discrepancy matters to my actual use, and I want a clear explanation of what was supplied.

I bought "China 100GB 60Days (nonhkip) + Free Stellar VPN" on 9 September 2026. Stellar's own delivery email names that plan while also listing "APN setup: cmlink" and "Package code: JC091".

The nonhkip 100GB/60-day pages I checked on 9 September advertised China Unicom 5G, China Telecom 4G and Singapore egress. Their public product data mapped these plans to PS30ZAQ7S. Separate JC091 pages advertised China Mobile 5G and Hong Kong egress. I have not independently measured the delivered eSIM's exit IP or established whether it can also register on the advertised networks; I have asked Stellar to clarify both the supplied configuration and network access.

At my location, China Unicom / China Telecom appear to have better signal. With my previous Stellar purchase, I observed downloads above 10 MB/s; with this purchase, around 3 MB/s. These are my observations from separate purchases, not a controlled speed comparison or proof of the cause.

Support update, 9 September: Stellar initially refused a refund because the eSIM had been delivered. After my follow-up, support said the order was fulfilled as the nonhkip product and escalated the configuration questions to a specialist, promising clarification within 24 hours. The discrepancy had not been explained at that point.

Based on this experience, I would recommend getting written confirmation of the actual network configuration before buying. My main concern is whether the delivered service matches the specific product description.

I used steller Esim in morroco, worked perfectly downloaded and installed when landed connected straight away 5g Internet, good package cost wise 5gb reasonable amount . Will use agine

Bought 6 esims for Morocco for myself in the whole family, worked like a charm absolutely brilliant service very reasonable price also £15 for all 6, 2x10GB and 4x3GB, highly recommend, amazing!

The eSIM only connects to EDGE in Serbia, making mobile internet practically unusable. Sometimes the connection disappears completely for hours.
I followed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by support, but nothing changed. The support team keeps asking me to repeat the same basic steps instead of actually solving the problem.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service.

The price was extremely cheap 10gb 30days for Japan for around $3. I purchased and then read the reviews which got me worried. I reached out, Matthew told me nothing to worry about.
It all worked fine - great service, no issues. Hotspot for family used most of the 10gb in about 2weeks.

I purchased a SIM card from their site when traveling in Kosovo, and the SIM did not work or connect leaving me data-less on my first day of travel. I was traveling alone so it made me nervous to now be stuck without emergency data.

I contacted support and they verified that I did everything right and it's still not working, however they never go back to me about "my case" and my refund. I am still waiting for my money back and starting to feel this site is a scam.

Finding a good price esim on which we can rely on for a trip to Mozambique was certainly not something easy... At the end, I decided to go with Stellarsecurity as it appears to be relatively inexpensive when compared to alternatives with a validity that was beyond the standard. And this was definitely a good choice, no fuss when arriving at the airport, I was already equipped and on top of that, super easy installation, no disconnection during my 3 weeks. Best, the possibility to get access to a free VPN for 30 days which ensured privacy at all time!
I would definitely recommend it (to the point that when I extended my trip to middle east, I dod not hesitate and immediately went for another esim with stellarsecurity!).

Avoid stellarsecurity.com at all costs. Their eSIMs are completely unreliable, and their customer service is a total joke.
My nightmare started when I bought 2 Spain eSIMs (3GB for 30 days). As soon as I landed in Spain, neither of them worked. I contacted support, and after some back-and-forth, they replaced them with 2 regional Europe eSIMs (30+ countries) which finally connected. I thought it was just a temporary glitch, but it was only the beginning of a disastrous experience.
Later, I made the mistake of purchasing another Spain eSIM (3GB / 30 days). Once again, it didn’t work out of the box. I had to manually configure the APN settings just to get a connection, only to find out the speed was capped at a miserable, ancient 3G! When I reached out to customer support to fix the speed issue, they completely ignored me.
But the final straw came with my fourth purchase—yet another Spain eSIM (3GB / 30 days). This one worked for exactly ONE day before completely dying. Next day it could not even connect to any network at all. I was completely cut off. I contacted support multiple times begging them to resolve this issue, but they have completely ghosted me. They took my money and ran.

Stellar Security is an absolute scam. Zero reliability, terrible speeds when it actually works, and a support team that completely ignores you when things go wrong. Do not waste your money here—buy from a reputable provider instead.

Helaas mijn data er te snel doorheen van mn standaard mobiel abo. Heel simpel via Stellar voor weinig geld een Esim geregeld, met data. Heel goedkoop en heel simpel. QR code scannen met je iphone en klaar! Let op: wel roaming aanzetten. Stellar werkt met Vodafone, KPN en. Odido, super!

Was easy to install and worked without issues. I've purchased eSIM for UK at a great price.

Esim never worked. Emailed them 3 times - no response.

Det var första gången jag använde eSIM och kollade runt. Det fanns från dyrt till dyrare, men jag hittade detta för 1,2 och 1,25 euro efter rabatt (ca 14 kr SWE) för 3 GB i 30 dagar i Montenegro. Jag testade detta och Revolut som kostade 45 kr för 7 dagar. Något jag inte visste var att man behöver wifi när man aktiverar det, så gör detta på flygplatsen i förväg. Annars var servicen bra, kanske inte lika bra som man är van vid i ett land som Sverige, men absolut fungerande. De har, som många skriver, lite otydliga sätt att försöka sälja på dig mer, till exempel vill de gärna att du ska ha automatisk påfyllning och någon låtsasförsäkring. Jag hade inte låtit min mormor beställa detta, men med lite lugn är det inga problem och man får en vettig produkt till bra pris.
