terrible customer service. For return items, they ages. If you call, you need to wait for atleast 10 minute on the call. Stupid chatbox. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

Packaged well, prompt delivery with clear communication. My only issue, is I've had to return the underwear as I was more out of the bra than in it! Would be so helpful if there were more details reg... Se mere

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Waiting a long time for your return to be processed and then not getting quick help when you reach out is absolutely not the service you should expect from Hunkemöller. I also hear your feedback about the chatbox and the long phone wait times—thank you for sharing this, even though it’s not what we want you to experience.

Terrible Returns Process

Terrible customer service for returns. They use Evri to return parcels and despite the parcel clearly being lost by Evri after 13 days (surprise surprise) they will not refund me until investigating fully despite this going over the UK standards for retailers to issue a refund. Their customer services department which is located outside the UK does not seem to understand this which is hugely frustrating. I would not purchase from them again online as it is too much hassle if something is not right.

Unhappy

Placed an order, dispatched to evri, received my email informing me they had the package and would notify when delivering.
Never received any further info, decided to track the item, to find it being returned to sender.
Contacted the company who were not very helpful.
I was told a refund would be issued as the item could not be resent. Suggested I order it again, no stock availability. Not impressed.

Dont order from this company. Never received my goods. Extremely poor customer service. They just rip you off. £40 out of pocket. Customer service never get back to you. Evri just pass you over to them and vice versa

Zero stars

Items returned on 13/03/24 and i have used evri with the return label printed from there site.
Have the proof postage to prove it. Hunkmoller have not received…presume lost by evri.....
And I am £69 out of pocket and no product to show for it.
i have tried couple of days to get in contact with them but no luck.
No response for Hunkmoller for several days.9

Seriously avoid at all costs, unless you want to end up out of pocket.

For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:

1- Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
2- Processing and inspection for refund approval
3- Authorization to finance department to issue refund
4- It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.

Should your refund not be processed within the 21 business days, I would kindly ask you to please contact customer service with the details of the tracking number for the returned package so that we can investigate further, by the following link: https://service.global-e.com/kb-tag/returns-refunds or via customerservice@hunkemoller.com
So that we can work with you to find an appropriate solution

Appalling lack of service

Appalling level or lack there of, of any type of customer service. Items returned due to incredibly poor fit.
Used Evri. Have the slip to prove it. Hunkmoller have not received…presume lost by evri(their choice of return partner)
And I am £40 out of pocket and no product to show for it.
The entire process was a faff. No response for HM for several days.
Ended up going through Klarna dispute which proved fruitless.
Seriously avoid at all costs, u less you want to end up out of pocket.

Extremely poor company

Extremely poor company, unprofessional and unavailable customer service after 1 full month of no order dispatch and trying to contact customer service. Will never use again or reccomend to anyone. Offered nothing in compensation or sympathy, and no attempt to fulfil the order, happier to cancel and waste more time with a refund. 0/5 stars.

AVOID buying from this company

They promise next day delivery if ordered by a certain time, it's now 9 days since placing my order & still haven't received my order. Spoke to them yesterday & they haven't even processed my order yet, although they have of course taken my money. When asked if they could cancel my order they said they can't. AVOID this company at all costs, would give them zero stars if it was an option!!!

More info please

Packaged well, prompt delivery with clear communication.
My only issue, is I've had to return the underwear as I was more out of the bra than in it! Would be so helpful if there were more details regarding how much "push up" there is on an item and guidance about sizing up! Such a shame, as the items were lovely.

Bad experience with this company

Order arrived which I need to return as poor fit on the bras. There was no invoice or return label in the parcel. I have tried on numerous occasions and via different methods to contact customer services and have not had a reply. Will not order from this company again. God knows when I will get my refund

V happy

Was a bit worried given all the negative reviews but I’m very pleased with the service I received & have had no issues at all - fab bras, delivered quickly & reasonably priced = a very happy customer

Call customer care once and they were not sure why or any reason.
Placed another order, again cancelled by them.
Called customer care many times and each time hung up on me.
Seriously considering not ordering from them again - not happy

Slow service

The delivery sim is 3-4 working days. We ordered the items on the 18th December bit is now 6th January and Evri have only just received the items

I ordered 3 items 25/12/22 from Hunkemoller and they have not yet arrived.
Today is 5/1/23
