Thanks for your review. As stated on the product description for the Bunny Rompers, it clearly states that these are made to order and so to please allow a little longer for delivery, it's a shame you missed that, we will work on making that a little clearer.

Amazing ball pits. Great experience
Bought a ball pit for a present for my sister. My sister and her son absolutely love it! She’s about to buy the add on parts for it! Whole experience of using this seller has been fab. There were so many things I could have bought and the seller was really helpful via the instagram account

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As discussed with you via email we apologise that you felt the quality wasn't what you expected. We offered you a full refund for the product and for you to keep the product which you accepted. The pyjamas you chose were from our previously known 'basics range' a discontinued range in our clearance sale and therefore heavily discounted. We do offer many different pyjamas on our website in a range of qualities to suit all - some of which are very high quality - organic fabric, sustainable sourced and designed in the UK - but obviously the price difference will reflect that quality.
I'm sure if you shop with us again you will see all of our other products are of great quality.

Placed my order on the 29/09, after numerous emails sent I still don’t have my delivery.
I was supposed to receive it this week but still nothing and not even an email to say otherwise.
Really disappointed with the service.

As we have discussed with you via email we have had a few issues with the brand you had ordered - they have been having some stock issues. This has lead us to unfortunately discontinue this brand on our site so we don't incur any more delays with orders. Your order is out for delivery and should be delivered any day now. As stated on both the products descriptions and on our shipping page many of our products are shipped by the individuals brands therefore can have different shipping times. You received dispatch emails for both the items your ordered once they were on their way to you. The second item you ordered was the Bunny Romper which again clearly states on the description is on a slightly longer shipping time due to the items being made to order and also due to their popularity being one of our best sellers. I'm sorry you are disappointed and we will try to make our shipping timings even clearer on our website.

Hugo & me were great. Our actual product “ Petites Pommes - rose Children's Swim RIng” was £18 and super disappointing. I do not recommend buying this product.
I paid a premium for a beautiful product. But the underside is covered in safety messages. In six languages, in very large fonts. This product is ugly.
Hugo & me offered a refund, but my daughter had already seen it and put it on by this point, it didn’t seem worth the postage and hassle, so I just run disappointed with the product for the steep price. Caution!
Temu sell the same product for £5 Amazon sell nearly the same products for £5. Wish I’d not trusted a nice looking brand that feels like a con, when you turn the product over.
