Unfortunately I placed an order on the 15th June & have not yet received any dispatch info. I’ve chased them 3 times for my order and I’m not getting any replies. I’m going to take this further. How can a company sell items but not dispatch, yet more so, ignore your emails?!?
They charge a ridiculous price for shipping and don’t even ship on time!

Not impressed
Order wasn’t dispatched until like 2 weeks after I ordered it.
Was just put in a brown bag with my name and address handwritten. Not super professional.
I did really like the item it is a little thin but I don’t mind that but the process of ordering and delivering, packaging just wasn’t there

Really lengthy delay on receiving order
Really, really lengthy delivery time. Went way past the date I needed for my little boys birthday. Had to chase the order several times. For the money I paid for the ball pit it’s put me off ordering again from this company.

Item took weeks to arrive and was much poorer quality than expected. 3 stars only given for communication- even if it was only to say item would be despatched soon

Easy to order
Easy to order , lots of lovely things on their website , had an issue with delivery and hugo & me was amazing , chased up the delivery company & kept in constant contact with me untill the issue was resolved . Cannot fault them at all brilliant company

Late delivery for my son’s first birthday
I spent over £350 on some soft play for my son’s first birthday and I have given the 7-15 working days as stated on the website for arrival and after the 15 working days (3weeks) my parcel is still in Poland in transit. I ordered in plenty time given the delivery time stated on the website and if it doesn’t arrive in time for my son’s first birthday next, I’ll be extremely disappointed and will be sending it back.

Thanks for leaving a review. We can see that your parcel has in fact been delivered to you to your requested safe space 'Wood Shed'
We sent a dispatch email with the tracking details last week when your order was dispatched so you could have followed the tracking link to keep updated with your parcel's delivery.
We haven't received any correspondence from you asking where your parcel was or that you haven't received it, as we would have happily given you an update.
So we do find this review a little strange.

What can I say but what an amazing company and amazing customer experience from start to finish!
Joanne, was an absolute diamond and pushed through my sons birthday present to arrive 2 weeks earlier than expected in order for it to arrive before my sons first birthday!
This is the best customer experience and company I have ever dealt with. She even emailed me to say how delighted she was and saw that it had been delivered and wished my son the most wonderful first birthday (which she didn’t need to do)
