Bought an item through Amazon. Item itself arrived (not the best of quality as absolutely covered in glue). However the worst of it was that I had to pay an extra £5 to collect from Royal Mail because their courier (Yodel) had decided to put it in a post box instead of do their job and deliver! When contacted, the seller was not in the least bit helpful, refusing to take any responsibility. Despite Amazon telling them they needed to refund and claim back from their courier they continued to be completely ignorant and refused any further action. Very poor attitude and service should you need to contact.

-In response to the reply below, of course the courier has no record of delivering it…they didn’t! They just put it in a post box! I have photos of the packaging to prove it was put in a Royal Mail post box and forwarded this to them to just keep getting them same response below!! They have had this problem emailed to them and I also have the emails and their responses to prove it!! Below response shows their complete ignorance!

Do not buy from Huggle Pets. Bought a pet carrier from them in August via Amazon. Had minimal use, once in September and one in December when the zip came off. They won't replace or refund the item and don't understand their obligations on the consumer protections act of 2015. I have had similar pet carriers in the past that have lasted up to 5 years.

I have had another pointles update from HugglePets below. It only became damaged because the stitching was faulty in the first place. It was barely used and the zip flew off. It was not mis-used in anyway. I have bought new carriers froma completely different supplier, much better quality for same price.

Very quick dispatch and delivery with Yodel. The reptile drinking fountain was a replacement and fitted straight into my current base. A different make but everything was same size. Easy to set up and get going straight out of the box. Simple to set up and was running as soon as I just rinsed it through with some warm water. The pump and water waterfall is quiet too. Made of sturdy green plastic, it's a straight forward, no nonsense addition to any reptile vivarium. My chameleons each have identical water fountains along which works along side a mister too to keep the humidity at a constant and comfortable environment for them. And as a bonus I also used the discount code to save a few pounds too on eBay. Delivery date had delivery before 29th December but actually arrived within a few days even with the busy Christmas post.

I am not really very happy about this all to be quite honest. I ordered this a long time ago now because I needed it before Xmas and I’ve just been shoved from pillar to post and now have to wait even longer for a refund. Should have just ordered it somewhere else in the first place.

I am really happy with the cage, which is very good quality. Value for money and very quick delivery. Their Customer Service is also very good and comprehensive. I am very happy with my product and recommend the company and product.

I was let down by another company, so found HugglePets and placed an order for a dog coat with them. Couldnt believe the dog coat arrived at my door in North Yorkshire, early afternoon the next day.
Excellent service. Item ordered with no problems.

They advertised a pen with one image and I received a different pen much bigger and visibly different in design. I was sent a garden pen instead (in autumn) which I could not use. The pen was also sent with no instructions. Because I opened the box late they refused a refund as it was 10 days outside of their policy. Reporting to trading standards as they clearly misled me to get rid of summer stock. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor quality pet toys. Not as described. Also the seller is not keen on accepting returns. I do not recommend. I purchased from them on eBay and will avoid on the future for sure.

First time I have used this company for my dog food. Cheaper than other companies, and came very quick. I will definitely use again.

Stunning customer service. I'd ordered a pet bed and accidentally pressed " collect from store" instead of deliver to...but put divert addresses in as well. A kean eyed person spotted the error and contacted me. Sarah (5*) sorted the delivery in no time at all and I received the bed in 2 days. It's amazing what human beings can do. They are far better than machines or "Bots". Well done all at Hugglepets. Oh...the bed looks great as well. Dogs love it.

I ordered komodo cork bark mini for my spring tails and isopods. Cant speak for any one else but it was dispatched quickly arrived safe and sound no extra guests like i had from another company. States mini but its a cracking size. Happy to use huggle pets as where i live has no pet shop. Maybe huggle pets could be the new pet shop here god knows we need one. I have snakes you see and it would be good for the town to have a pet shop ..any way i digress. 5 stars for huggle pets. Would i order again yes indeed. Thanks huggle pets .

I would like to write a review on your product. Ancol Super Soft Plush Donut Bed - Grey, 100 x 100 cm
The product can be not fit for purpose due to the quality and I feel customers need to know this as it was a waste of my money. I don’t want this to happen to other people:
I have now asked the sales team 3 times how I do this and this is ignored.

need to let people know who purchase it that the material is not adequate. My 5 month puppy suckles…gently on his bed…he’s had one from Lidls for 12 quid for a long time. Picture attached. No holes, all in shipshape. Then within 5 minutes there is a hole in this new bed. It was either there before or due to the suckling. The quality of the bed is not adequate if this is the case. It could have caused my dog to choke. I wouldLike other dog owners to know about this.

I receive an email still not informing me how to do a product review but telling me that if I have a problem to contact Ancol direct! So I purchase it from them and I have to now somehow work out how to contact Ancol. Is this how they treat all problematic items. Where is the customer service. Strange.
