Super service. A fair price

I made an error in my order and Suzie changed it before dispatch - and that's on Black Friday weekend. Really impressed.

Visited the store to purchase filters for my fish tank.The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I got home realised that there was an issue with my order, phoned and spoke to Suzie who was really helpful, along with the shop staff I spoke to on the phone who helped me trouble shoot my issue. All is working and my fish are happy.😃😃

I've ordered a few times from HugglePets without issue, but on this last occassion, I ordered the incorrect sized jumper for my shih tzu. Customer Service was excellent, no frustrating AI bot, but a real life person, Suzie! She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me amend my order. Thank you Suzie and keep up the great work!

Lovely jumpers for my dogs
Ordered jumpers for the cold weather as my border terriers are getting a bit older, they loved them and look so cool. Ordering was easy and delivery was great.

Received a large Hugglepets crate through Amazon. Unfortunately one of the top bars won't go together. I hurt my hand several times trying to get it together. I packaged up & wanted to return (in the month timeframe). Unfortunately no printer at the moment. Contacted through Amazon to arrange a different return option and Hugglepets have just been incredibly difficult - asking for a photo of the crate. I said well it's packed up and a photo isn't going to show it doesn't go together. So now they are demanding a video. I don't want to try and put it together and hurt my hand again. Bearing in mind it's faulty and if I had a printer I could have just sent the item back, but no, they're being as difficult as possible. I still haven't got a refund 5 weeks later. Avoid.

After I purchased my item part was missing so I was corresponding with suzie who was absolutely brilliant and helped me get everything sorted out swiftly, many thanks to suzie I will continue useing this service again thankyou jackie

Disappointed - not knowing this company I ordered its dog bed via mountain warehouse with whom I have an account and paid. Good news is arrived very quickly, but as soon as I saw the size of the box I knew there was a problem. There was ! Despite having an attached label of “ large “ size ( which I ordered and paid a premium for) it wasn’t! At best a medium - not the size quoted on product details ( and nothing to do with alleged “vacuum packaging “). Otherwise quality is average for price paid. I should have paid attention to reviews re online selling. I’ve ordered a lot of dog beds over the years on this occasion didn’t want to spend too much so prepared to accept lower quality than usual, but know what a “ large” should be so carefully checked the advertised measurements- but this isn’t it. I can’t be bothered with hassle and cost of returning, but won’t be ordering again from this company, it’s been an expensive mistake!

I was looking for a high quality food for my two Cockapoos and found Skye and Murphy so thought I’d give it a try. They loved it so I was really happy and carried on using it. Their coats are lovely and itching has calmed down which I’m really happy about. But here comes the unexpected result - one of my dogs is 10 years old and has had to have her anal glands emptied every 4-5 weeks for her whole life. Ever since changing to Skye and Murphy she has not had to have them emptied! I have still taken her to the vets because I couldn’t quite believe it but every time they were empty. This is a huge benefit to me and I won’t be changing their food from now on. I have tried lots of different high quality brands and never had this result so I will be a customer for life!

Went in store to buy my dog a new set of Collar, Harness and matching lead. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to try the items on my dog to make sure i had the correct fit. Items were of great quality and I’ll 100% be going back

Bought my daughter in as she is desperate for a pet snake, but having never owned one, we need to research everything first. The shop staff we spoke to were so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my daughter and answered all her questions! They even went as far as getting them out and letting her hold one!
