The response after making my first ever…
The response after making my first ever claim took a couple of days which is longer than I expected. Haven been with them for over 3yrs and have never made a single claim. I finally put in a claim after going to see the opticians and I was prescribed glasses which costed me over £200. I put in a claim for reimbursement and I was offered only £109 sadly though I have had a policy for over 3yrs

We can confirm that you are in one of our Primary schemes and within this group of schemes we reimburse 50% of fees up the maximum allowance available. With your recent claim we reimbursed the sum of £105.00 which was 50% of the amount on the receipt.
